I am writing this letter to explain the last four weeks of meetings with Jerry & Jan Gaffney.....God has changed lives, saved souls, delivered from drugs, and many more. Scores of these victories have been recorded. We didn't see any greater miracles at Pensacola.

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter to explain the last four weeks of meetings with Jerry & Jan Gaffney.

My wife Carole & I came to this church, in December of 1995. We have pastored two other churches, prior to Faith Family Church.

I have never been satisfied with the level of God in my life and in our churches in the past. Carole & I have had a real hunger for more of God. I did two things to satisfy this hunger. I contacted Jerry Gaffney to come for some special meetings in the spring. He couldn't come until October. In the meantime, we were able to go to Pensacola in June of this year. We saw God do great things there and felt restored, and refreshed, and stretched.

When Jerry came October 5th, he began teaching for two to two and a half hours in the mornings. These teachings were as good as I have ever heard, very profound. It gave me a new perspective of scripture that was very refreshing. My learning curve went straight up for two weeks before it tapered off.

The first week he taught on our walk and relationship with Jesus. He taught us how to be filled with the Spirit continually, also how to walk in the Spirit. What a revelation! I love it. He taught us how to become intimate with Jesus, how to love Him, a concept I never considered quite like that, so continual.

He taught on the anointing on the second week. I knew I needed it. In the anointing service, when he anointed me, he poured a communion cup of oil on my head, and prayed. It felt as if the oil went straight down through my head and right into my spirit. It was a powerful experience. God touched me as greatly as the time when I was baptized in the Holy Spirit. Carole was touched as profoundly as I. The other teaching has been very profound, such as Praying a hedge of thorns, Binding & Loosing, Keeping the fire going brightly, and taking yesterdays ashes out of the camp, and much more.

God has changed lives, saved souls, delivered from drugs, and many more. Scores of these victories have been recorded. We didn't see any greater miracles at Pensacola.

I have been stretched so much, and experienced so much the last 4 weeks. I will never be the same. Praise the Lord.
