I often well actually a lot, used them as an excuse not to pray...
Dear Jerry
As the mother of a 9-month old baby and a 9 and 10 year old, I often, well actually a lot, used them as an excuse not to pray. Also, my husband works 2-10pm so is home in the mornings. Lots of excuses not to pray.
I came up for prayer asking God to not let me be distracted or to use my children as excuses. My baby had not been sleeping very well and everytime I laid him down he would wake back up.
On Saturday I asked the Lord to help me have time. I put my big kids to bed and while I was nursing I started praising Jesus. When I laid Rex down, he stayed down, Praise God. I was able to get down on my knees and pray and really intercede.
