I did go forward and my heart wasn't pounding and I could breathe without hyperventilating so I knew He was meeting me.......
Jerry,
When I first began attending the meetings I was very fearful of the move of the Holy Spirit to the point that I wouldn't make eye-contact with you. I was afraid you might see something in me that wasn't right or that God might reveal something to you about me.
But one night you talked about bitterness and anger and then you ended with a specific word. I thought about maybe there was a fellow Christian in the same room that I might hold bitterness against. And maybe that person was sitting across the room from me -- which he was. So I said, "Okay Lord I hear You. You need to take all my fear away and deal with me because it's time for me to receive what you have."
I did go forward and my heart wasn't pounding and I could breathe without hyperventilating so I knew He was meeting me. As you went down the line praying for people I thought to myself I will receive Lord, but I'm not going to play games and fall down just because everyone else around me is.
You finally got to me and I prayed, God it's time for me to receive what you have for me! I closed my eyes and raised my hands and all of a sudden I was falling. I truly didn't expect to and my eyes flew open because I was so startled I knew that God had put me down. It was an unexplainable experience for me and the things I gained were: 1. Not to fear the Holy Spirit; and 2. To trust in the Holy Spirit
