To receive healing we needed a ticket and we didn't have one. A woman who had a ticket had compassion because I looked so bad. She gave me her ticket for the healing line.....

Dear Jerry:
I love Jesus! About my healing! I worked in the wood in 1948. One day I got a real high fever. They finally took me to the hospital where they gave me a shot in the rump and I passed out. The next thing I knew they wanted to give me a truth serum, so I told my wife to take me home! The doctors told me I had Multiple Sclerosis and there was nothing they could do for me. I stayed home and I was completely paralyzed. I lost from 249 lbs to 200 lbs. I couldn't eat. The food would just come up through my nose because my throat was paralyzed.
My wife and family would drag me from church to church for prayer for healing. My wife is very small and weighed only 115 lbs. Then we heard about brother Branham and his healing campaign in Portland, Oregon in the armory. My wife and brother-in-law took me there.
To receive healing we needed a ticket and we didn't have one. A woman who had a ticket had compassion because I looked so bad. She gave me her ticket for the healing line. Brother Branham asked if we would go through the fast line where he held his hands over those who passed under them. My wife and brother-in-law drug me through. I was so discouraged because I didn't feel a thing.
After the service, we started for home and stopped at a little restaurant. I ordered a hamburger and chili and ate it without any problem. God had healed my throat! the next stop at Centralia, I got out my New Testament and I could read. God had healed my eyes!
I was still paralyzed in my arms and legs. For two years my wife dressed me and put me in a chair and I studied the Bible. Then one day, the preacher ( who my wife and I were saved under) came by and said, "From this day on, be healed." Ten days later, I was out in the woods working.
I write all this to tell you of Jonathan. He is in the same condition I was in. Through the prayer of brother Jerry and the children, Jon is able to use his arms and legs and can say a few words. God is healing him., and we are praising God and the Holy Ghost that he is doing a complete job. He is in a wheelchair now, but by the time Jerry reads this letter, he will be completely healed.
We give God the glory for both healings
