This is a thread for those times when God lays someone on your heart to pray for but there is no existing thread to post to.

People like...

Someone who used to be here every day and is no longer on the board but God brought them to mind.

Administrators and Moderators here on the board.

This is the Thread to post those prayers and "YooHoo are you still there?"s.

AND!!!

If you know what is going on with someone who is a missing, wayward or wounded Warrior... Share what you can without breaking any confidences and let us know how to pray for them!!!

(Please hold myself and my husband Rob up in prayer. He has backslid, as I have, in the past 3 years. Our hearts are hardened, but I'm trying to get back where God wants me. Rob is no better off, w/a very critical spirit, no church, et... Please lift us up, for softening of our hearts, minds, spirit. Thanks, laurie)

Dear Father in Heaven, I don't know how Rob and Laurie are doing right now but You do Lord. I lift them to You in prayer tonight and pray that they will have the help and strength they need to turn their lives around and have their hearts, their minds and their spirits touched with Your almighty presence again in their lives. I pray that whatever struggles they are going through You will lead them to You and they will have a chance to make it through whatever is hedging up their way and keeping them from You. I pray for the bringing down of any and all strongholds in their lives and You will convict them with the spirit again and they will know the things they need to do and be able to do them. I pray every blessing they stand in need, in Jesus Holy name amen.

Lord God, this is an extra prayer for Ronald. I have not checked his thread yet. I pray that the spirits of death and suicide are totally bound and totally loosed from him. Bind him to LIFE in Jesus Christ. In Jesus Name, amen!

Lord, whatever happened to JediJeb? He jused to pray here with fire and zeal.... He just kind of faded away. I miss him. He used to be one of the one catching "0"s with us, and he prayed a lot for my brother-in-law, Paul, as I prayed for he and his girlfriend, Stacy.... Lord, I pray he is still serving You, and, if not, bring him back to strong faith in You. I would love to see him back on this site posting again.

There are many MIAs that I wish were back with us, praying strong.... Bring each one back who is disconnected or AWOL for whatever reason.

Jesus and prayer warriors. I should like to pray for myself to have a light heart. Jesus said that He will carry our sorrows and make our burdens light. I need to be free in Jesus without my own mental condemnation. The Lord has only just shown me that i have this. Jesus You are wonderous and i give thanks that You are teaching me about love. Heartfelt,soft, loving love which upsets me because it is sheer tenderness like i have never before known or felt.

Continue to take my fears, lonliness and please continue to comfort me as You have done for quite a few years now. THANK YOU ABBA

I give thanks for sitting at Your feet and for being able to grow and develop as i know that You know best. I so want to know the kind King who lifts us up and loves us unconditionally, without condemnation and with a pure blanket of love and peace that cocoons us as babies totally surrendered to His all absorbing protection and security and depth of intimacy as a mother and baby have, where time stands still as we bask in His love. Without fear of attack or helplessness of standing alone or being on our own but safe in the daily, momentary, always there and surrounded by God's eternal love. Amen

Father God,
I miss my dear English sister Michellejane. You promise to be closer than any earthly friend. Let her know that she isn't alone and how much people care for her. Send others who will walk with her through the hard seasons. Show her your goodness and light, lift her out off this mental or harmonal condition(?). I don't know but, You know exactly what she is needing and can make thing right. Be her everything, the satisfaction she's needing. You are the good Shephard.

Lord, please remove all condemnation from michellejane. It is great when You show us these things. I lived under that for years, too, constantly beating myself up for my sins (I still do sometimes). Teach michellejane to embrace this tender love, to know that who the Lord loves he chastens, but that we are not called to feel condemned. The Bible says those who don't have the Son are condemned already.... but we ARE NOT condemned. When something is condemned it is slated to be destroyed (like a house they are going to take a wrecking ball, too). This IS NOT a Christian's condition! We are slated to be SAVED!!! We are a house under construction, being fixed up, no longer on the "condemned" list. Lord, You told me once: "Quit beating yourself up: I already took a beating for you." Please explain this to michellejane. I pray that she is back among us praying. In Jesus Name, amen.

Dear Lord,
Good Morning! I am holding up to You in prayer my friend Eric from church who is deployed. I ask Your protection over him while he is in harm's way and ask that You return him safely when his job is complete.
I ask Your watchcare over Brooke, Chad, Ian, Robert, Bobby, Eric G, and all of my brothers and sisters from church who have been sent to Iraq. Please comfort their hearts during the lonely times. Please keep them safe and let Your presence be known. Please shine a light for them during the dark times and please fill their hearts with joy.
Please watch over our brother Annointed Warrior wherever he is

Thank You for my brother Christian Commando. Please bless his walk with love, patience, wisdom and discernment.

Dear Father in Heaven, I lift my sister Amy up to You in prayer. I have seen Your hand in her life many times and now working again through this last year that has been so devastating to her. She is getting the medication down to a level where she can function again. I pay that You will continue to help her get her emotional, her physical and most of all spiritual strength back again. She used to be so happy when she was going to church. I pray that You will open the way and give her the strength to return. I pray that You will open a door for her in her life. Restore her confidence in You and then in herself. Help her to desire to have people in her life again and take part in things that will be good for her and help build her up. I pray for the miracle You have started to continue working in her live. I pray that she will find a brightness of hope and faith and courage again to live her life. I pray that You will keep her from going with individuals in her life who would be wrong for her and pull her down. Keep her safe from any kinds of physical harm, or spiritual harm. Preserve her life to do the things in life she was sent here to do. Please raise up good friends who would be a righteous influence in her life and bless her in every way she stand in need, in Jesus Holy name amen.

Today I really feel a burden for the people in my family.
Lord, please watch over my parents, my brothers and their families. Please protect them from harm and draw them near You. Please shine a light for their paths in that they may come to know You as their Lord and Saviour. Amen.

My friend robin needs You in her life Lord. Not just from an intellectual standpoint, but for all of eternity. Soften her heart to the knowledge that You and You alone are the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and that You are the same for everyone, the same as You were from the beginning until the end. Thank You Lord. Amen.

A sister from church, her husband's name is Nolan and he is currently deployed in Iraq. He goes out on patrols every morning at about 5:30, Iraq time, which is 9:30 pm CST. Please say a little prayer of protection for him. Thanks!

Dear Lord,
I hold up Nolan to You and just ask for your watchkeep over him. Please comfort Christina and calm her fears during this deployment. Please burden the heart of the officer over his platoon to seek You, as this man is steeped in his pride and is trying to be a hindrance to others. Please guide him and help him to be a military leader and strengthen his resolve. Please give Nolan the strength to lovingly share Your Word with those around him. Thank You, Lord. In Jesus' Name I Pray. Amen.
