Pray for my pastor and his wife

Please pray for my Pastor and his wife. There is an area in their life (I believe) where they are "respectors of persons." It seems also that sometimes they unconciously will "punish" people for no lining up likel they believe they should, (i.e. not attending Wednsday night services.) I know this sounds harsher than I mean it to be but I've noticed it through the years (my husband has also) Even if this sounds worse than it should or if I'm seeing things wrong, please say a pray for them and ask God's blessing on them so they will be content. Thank you

I would bring it to their attention of how things appear.
Perhaps they do not realize

Jesus
I ask for right hearts filled with love
for this pastor and his wife
God let them see that their ministry is really your ministry
Give them support in the church
raise up workers to help them, because it is easy to count
on those who are the regular attendees vs thos who may or may not come
Give them wisdom in their leadership
And bless them

well, as members of the church, its your responcibility, when notice things as such, to bring them to light with the Pastor in a loving but concerned way, that they would take notice also and possibly change where its needed.

we pray, if things are slowly turning towards the negative with this Pastor, that you would help them to see this error and seek your help in applying the change required. In Jesus Name-Amen!!
