Father, I thank You for all You are doing, especially the things we don't see. We rejoice in You Lord, we rejoice for we know You are in control and all things work to the good of them that love You. We put our trust and our faith in You for our marriages, and those whose pleas and cries have come up before you Lord. We stand on Matthew 18:18, and bind the Spirit of Heaviness off DeAnna and we say it must leave in Jesus name. We thank You Lord for that power which you gave to us to break the bonds of the enemy and have freedom in You in oulives. We loose the Spirit of Joy and Peace in her life this very hour Lord. Let her sleep be sweet, peaceful, and satisfying to her soul. I ask Lord that You bring her into Your presence, let her wake refreshed, renewed, and recharged. Help her unbeliefs Lord, strengthen her faith, and bring peace to every part of her in Jesus' name.

I speak Peace, Joy, Happiness, and the ability to stand the test, to finish the race, and to see it through to victory. To You be the Glory, and honor and Praise. Amen

Thank you so much. I give up... is that what I am supposed to do? I am just too emotionally/mentally/physically drained to try anymore. So I give it all to God and whatever happens is in His hands.

DeeAnna-

Well, not "give up", but in essence, turn it over to God, as you have, to let Him now handle the situation.

Satan wanted to keep you constantly thinking about it and worrying about it, so it would wear you out so you'd give up all together. Sometimes the best thing to do is drop an issue thats really troubling us, to leave it with God. At that point, God miraculously works things out, once we turn ourselves back to focusing on living for and serving Him for our own personal lives, leaving God free to work on the circumstances/people we want so bad to see changed.

You might well be doing the best thing in letting it go to God to deal with for you and letting yourself get the needed peace and rest it needs to stay strong in God and your own life.

Some people would argue not to give up. But... we must realize we as falable humans on earth can only do so much, then must leave it to God, a higher perfect spiritual Father to handle things for us, according to His Will, not ours.

God Bless!!

Dear Lord, I pray that DeeAnna will...

Turn your eyes upon Jesus
Look full in His wonderful face
and the things of earth
will grow strangely dim
in the light of His glory and grace

This is how to really let go and let God. Stay focused on Him, so the things of earth are not more important to You than He is.

I know its hard... keep releasing your burdens to the lord... and meditate on his word... God did not give you spirit of fear but of power, and of love and of sound mind... put on the full armor of God daily Eph 6:10-18

Lord we not going to be conform to the pattern of the world we not going to listen to the world standards any longer but we going to be transformed by the renewal of our minds, not letting the battle of our minds telling us to give up in the name of jesus

Today I am in much pain. I think it will comfort me to know others are praying for me. I know God is offering His comfort. It "appears" that my marriage is over and right now I am feeling very hurt and not sure how to handle all the feelings.

DeeAnna, My heart is hurting so much for you. I've been going through marital problems as well. My husband moved out of our home just over 2 months ago. We have been together 17 years, and have two daughters, 16 and 13. None of us knew what happened. Seemed everything was fine until one day he told me he didn't want to be married anymore. I've never felt pain like it. I found this website while searching for any kind of help I could. It is comforting to find a place where people really and truly care for you and pray fervently for your situation. I visit this sight almost every day and am praying for others as well. That in itself makes me feel better, too. As I read through the thread, I see you're doing the right thing by leaving it up to God. It's so much easier said than done, but if you speak the words and tell God every day to take that pain away and fill you with strength and peace, He does. You had wonderful advice given to you already and I don't have much more to add other than to find a church if you haven't already. That has been such a huge blessing in my life. Get involved in activities so you don't have idle time. Make yourself the best person you can be and seek God first. That part of it was new to me. I spent my life putting my husband first and it's hard to change that way of thinking. Even though it appears my marriage is over, too, I refuse to "give up". I am leaving it up to God, and my prayers are for my husband's healing and awakening. Satan wants to tear down the family and I refuse to give up without a spiritual fight. I will pray for you every day. Please stay in touch and let me know how you are. I know how hard it is on those really bad days. One moment at a time on those days. Just keep pushing forward and pray, pray, pray. God is good.

Dear Father in Heaven, I lift DeeAnna up to you. Please take away her pain and replace it with a sense of peace and with Your Love, Father. Hold her in your arms. Give her guidance and patience. Lord, we ask you heal this marriage. Fill husband and wife with your Holy Spirit and let forgiveness and love fill their hearts. Thank you for all your blessings, Father. In Jesus' name, Amen.

My husband says he still loves me... Didn't think I would ever hear that again. I have some hope but am so afraid of being disappointed yet again. It's been so up and down and I am weary. Thanks for your prayers.
