Pray for Adam Lambert
Adam Lambert was second runner up on American Idol this year. Many say it's because Americans are homophobes (afraid of homosexuals) that he didn't win the title. All I know is, he IS homosexual, yet he seems like such a great young man. He needs the Lord in his life. His peformances ooze sex, and I in no way think he would be good role model for our youth, especially when he tells them it's OK to be different (meaning his homosexuality).
The winner this year, Kris Allen, is a Christian. I pray he can be a witness to Adam, as they became very close friends during the competition. Kris has not voiced his view on homosexuality, and he says we all need to accept each other (but not that it's okay). I pray he will have courage and boldness to be upfront with Adam in this area...unless he is not a true Christian who upholds all truths of the Bible. Just not sure but sense that he knows and believes it's wrong. Pray for Adam to find God and repent his sins and be delivered from homosexuality. Adam and Kris have been so much in my prayers, I won't even post a prayer right now. I just wanted others to be aware and pray with me. Thanks.

Father God, I pray that You will intervene in Adam's life to show him the truth that he needs You as His Lord, Savior and Deliverer. I pray a positive, Christian witness comes across his path...and pray that Kris is that to him. Let him be convicted with Godly sorrow leading to repentance unto salvation in Jesus Christ. Let him know his Heavenly Father. I pray his life is revolutionized by You. In Jesus Name, amen.

I pray you might bring Adam to a place where he might hear you Open his eyes to see and ears to hear bring him to a place where he might know his only satisfaction is with Jesus That he has no life without Jesus I pray for his salvation and deliverance from homosexuality

Father, I pray that Adam will find You as his Lord, Savior and Deliverer. Show him his need for You and for repentance and forgiveness of sin. Make plain to him that this lifestyle is not acceptable in Your sight. I pray he comes to an understanding of what's as stake -- his eternal destiny. Let him give up this sinful lifestyle to serve, honor and love You. I ask and pray, in Jesus Name, amen.

Father God, some are saying that Jesus said let he who is without sin cast the first stone...so we should not be casting stones at Adam for his sin. But, Lord, Jesus also told the woman, "Go and sin no more." And I pray, Jesus, that You will meet Adam in a Damascus Road experience and tell him the same: "Go and sin no more." I pray Adam is gloriously saved and his eyes are open to the wrong of his lifestyle. I pray he hates sin and loves God SO MUCH MORE. Bring him into a realtionship with You that is all consuming. Burn him with the all consuming fire of God! I pray he ROCKS ON for God and God alone. Or does whatever style of music you lead him to. Lead him to repentance unto salvation. Convict him by Your Holy Spirit in a MIGHTY WAY. Please, please, please let "Christians" who are saying we should not judge him come to a realization that his rejection of Jesus will condemn him to hell and that he is condemned without Your Son, for he who has THE SON has LIFE. I pray Your Spirit brings Adam into a deep, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ and God, His Father. I pray he is wildly, deeply, madly, ardently, passionately, deliriously in love with You!!! Oh, Lord, let it be so!!! In Jesus Name, amen.

Father God, renew all these prayers on Adam's behalf...and cause Kris to be a witness to him of the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. Bring Adam to repentance and a right relationship with You. I pray You are the center of His life, and He lives each day for You. I pray he gives up all and every sin. For who needs it, when they gaze upon Your wonder and beauty? Show Adam Your greatness and glory!!! Let him NEVER need the sin to satisfy again. Filll Him FULL of Your Holy Spirit and Your love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, temperance and meekness. Grabe him, QUICKLY, before he IS out there as a big star influecing all kinds of people with his music/lifestyle. Instead, let his passion be turned to music that glorifies You and leads others to You. I ask and pray, in Jesus Name, amen.

Father God, this is bringing up so many discussions on homosexaulity. I pray that smack in the middle of it all Adam will be saved and will answer the discussion with "God never intended me to be a homosexual, and he has set me free." I pray that FREEDOM may ring in Adam's life! Bring him to repentance and deliverance. Now that he is so popular and so out there being noticed...let his life be a living testimony of Your grace and mercy to deliver from this addiction/sin/lifestyle. Lord, I just ask that people reject the LIE that is being circulated by the media, the one that says that people are "born gay". Lord, please help us all to be bold when confronted by liars who distort the facts and try to confuse us. Please send a witness who will lovingly show Adam and ALL of our celebrities that homosexuality is wrong and against Your Will. Give Your children eyes to see and ears to hear, that we may not be dissuaded by the mainstream "norm". Lord, help us to clearly see and know that silence is acceptance. Please help us to care more about what You think and not what others think and what the media says. Please help us and guide us. Lord, if we are to do You work, then we must be intolerant- intolerant of sin. Intolerant of what the world tells us is good. Intolerant of the "if it feels good- do it" mentality. Intolerant of being lukewarm. Intolerant of standing by and allowing degradation and immorality to rule, while Your Word is declared irrelevant and "man created". Lord, You Word tells us that 'one day every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord!'. I pray that we make "one day" TODAY! Amen.

Dear Lord,
The stronghold of homosexuality is so strong and blinding. It covers and binds all aspects of a human being. Not only in the case of Adam Lambert, but with all others Lord, I come to You asking for the tearing down and disintegration of this spiritual stronghold in peoples lives. Put this evil to rest in the dust Lord. Wisk it away it by Your Holy Spirit and Fire to all four corners of the desert. Restore those You have chosen back into Your Heavenly Fold of Salvation and Safety. Let those who seek freedom receive it! Let those who do not seek freedom receive it! Set them free according to Your Mercy and Truth Heavenly Father, that You would receive all Glory and Praise forever and ever, Amen.

We have "Christians" saying they are homosexual. Marsha Stevens and her wife, Cindy. Then, there is Ray Bolz who "came out" after 30 years of marriage. LORD!!! We cry out for a breakthrough on behalf of these and others who have forsaken the truth for a lie!
We pray for the salvation and freedom of Adam Lambert. Open the eyes of the blind. Show homosexuals that the sexually immoral will be outside with the dogs (not in Heaven). Lead the homosexuals to You in repentance, Lord Jesus, through the power of Your Holy Spirit. Let them come home to eternal life in God, The Father. We ask and believe for miracles. Lord God, I pray that Adam Lambert will know and love You with all his heart, soul, mind and strength. I pray he will give up homosexuality and all other sins You show him to give up, so that he will have nothing seperating him from You. Show him that giving it all up is worth it. That letting go every sin to grasp the prize of Jesus Christ is the best, wisest thing he could ever do. Draw him by Your Holy Spirit with Godly sorrow leading to reprentance unto salvation. I continue to pray. Let Kris Allen be a witness who upholds Your Word to Adam on this matter. I pray for no compromise in the message he gives Adam. I ask and pray, in Jesus Name, amen.

Lord God, please be LORD of Adam Lambert's life. Do whatever You can to bring him to a place of surrender and repentance onto salvation. I do not understand how this prayer thing works (and I see no salvation prayers in Your Word). So I am not sure how to pray as I ought. May Your Spirit pray through me. By saying, "Please be Lord of Adam Lambert's life," am I not telling you what to do? And even you can not be that if Adam by his free will does not chose to make You Lord. I do not know what circumstances would lead him to ask You to be Lord of his life. But You know. Please allow the circumstances of his life to be such that he will see his need for You and will desire to make You Lord. Send angels to minister to war and to arrange things in the favor of Adam beginning to seek You in his life. I ask and pray that Your Spirit is released in a mighty way to convict him with Godly sorrow leading to repentance unto salvation. I ask and pray, in Jesus Name, amen.

Father God, I pray that You will arrange the circumstances of Adam's life to be such that he sees his glaring need for You. He has no remorse over the bad example he is in the world, telling our youth that gross sexual things are perfectly OK. He has that outwardly attractive way of styling himself...and he and what he stands for can seem so attractive and so OK. But, Lord, he needs YOU, pure and simple. He needs a LIFE TRANSFORMATION. I pray he is led to You by the moving of Your Spirit. I pray he is convicted to the point of repentance unto salvation. I pray that all the devil has planned to use him for evil and the promotion of sin and darkness is stopped. I ask, here and now, that the blood of Jesus covers him, sealing Adam for his day of salvation. I can see him laughing at the things I pray, such as "the devil using him." Lord, without a miracle, there is no hope for him to be saved. So send miracles, Lord. Send mighty, Holy Ghost moving and miracles. I pray that he is completely, utterly saved. I pray he is saved, healed, delivered and transformed. Make him a new creation in Christ. I ask and pray, in Jesus Name, amen.
