Yielding to the Holy Spirit

I confess sometimes I do not yield to the Holy Spirit in prayer or even in daily life like we are supposed to....my question is do you yield on a daily basis to the Holy Spirit or like me sometimes get in the flesh and follow your mind and flesh instead of the Holy Spirit...I believe and know with all my heart that the Jesus is drawing us to yield to him and to flow in his anointing in daily life and when we pray be it on are knees or when praying on here....
