Have You Loved on Jesus Lately?

Lord, I just want to say I love You. You are everything to me, and I love You so much. I thank You for being my husband, my lover, my friend, my guide, my brother....Jesus, You are SO beautiful. To be with You is all I desire. I want to feel Your touch, hear Your voice, see Your face. You are the One who brings me thourgh the dark nights, the hot fires and the deep waters. My heart is so in love and thankful to You. Whenever I think I can't make it, You come along and encourage me and bring me throiugh. You walk with me every step of the way. When I cry, it's in Your arms. When I celebrate it's with You. When I drift away from You that still, small voice calls me back.

Constantly, I hear Your voice calling and whispering my name. How You want me to spend time with You, because You love me. Please come away from all Your business and the things of the world and spend time with me....And even when I ignore You, You keep on asking me to come away with You. You wait for me to come, You long for me to come. And, when I do, how You bless and fill me with Your presence. Those times when I selfishly go my own way and are disopbedient to You, You give me second chances. You never give up on me. You keep extending Your love and goodness and forgiviness. Your tender mercies and loving kindness never end. How many times I must hurt You, by turning away form Your call and commands, but Your arms are still outstretched to me....and if I take one step toward You, You run to me and embrace me so fervently and sweetly.

I love You, Lord!!! Even when I am unfaithful You are continually faithful. You will never leave me or forsake me. It is I who moves away from You. Yet, You love me. You give me every chance to return, and You will never give up on me. Oh, Lord!!! Howe beatutiful and wonderful and precious You are!!!

You are my heart, my life, my breath, my light, my hope, my peace, my love, my joy, my delight, my center, my purpose, my reason, my all. You are awesome, wonderful, holy, beautiful, altogether lovely....You are the pearl of great price for which I sold everything. Who can compare to You? I love You, I love You, I love Yoiu....because You first loved me.

Jesus I love you,
Last night I was sad , my computer was down and I felt lonely and sad. You said to me, You don't need the internet, you just need me. And you comforted me with your presence. You are all I need. You have loved me even when I have been unloveable. When I have been filled with self pity and consumed with sorrow. You alone know what I am going through, and that gives me peace. You are so faithful and true. You are generous, kind and loving and I want to be just like you. Amen.
