Hi Jerry and Jan,
It was me, Charla.  We're all doing good or should I say we are blessed.  Even when things aren't so good God is still so good to us.  Johnny is working o­n his last couple of years before retiring. we thought he might get an early out but with the war and him being a federal worker I quess thats out.  O well I'm sure God will have His timing.  ANYWAY QUESS WHAT,  Christian and Sandra have a baby coming around Sept. 12 AND Denise and her new hubby are expecting their little GIRL, Aug. 12.  I am so excited, please tell Jan if she doesn't read these messages.  The whole lot of us are at Eastgate, Christian is youth pastor, Johnny still o­ne of our deacons, and Mike (Denises hubby) practices quitar with Kirk I don't know what their plans are yet with the music thing.  Mike Fairchild is also o­n the board now, I don't know if he has been in touch with us lately.  I also tried to get in touch with Pastor Don and Diane I even went by his house, but told Johnny it didn't look like his house anymore.  Johnny talked to Julius who told him Pastor Don had bought a house by him o­n the water.  We think about Pastor Don often and pray for him, we'll always love him as a special brother.  After all if he hadn't of hungered after the heart of God our family might have never got to taste and see, and now know nothing satisfies like Gods presence.
As for that skinny guy, " handsome guy as Jan knew but o­n her knees, your heart for God she prayed would o­ne day be true."  And Thanks be to God, It Is.  Jerry so many of us have benefitted from Jan's prayers over you and the heart for God you share with all.  Thank-you, Thank-you.  Hang in there. We'll be praying for you, and always asking God to refresh and bless you and your family (tell them all we said hi)
