Prayer for breakthrough in real estate negotiations

Hi: I'm a real estate agent who has 2 transaction with parties who are stubborn. They need to see the other persons position. Please pray against greed, strife, and proud spirits and for harmony, peace and understanding. Most of all that they would become Christians. Thank you, Paula

Father Lord Jesus I come to you on behalf of my sister in Christ who is in the same profession as I am Lord. Lord, as Christians in business it is so hard when we are in an intermediary role to be your salt and light. Please help my sister to remain true to Your calling as she deals with these two difficult parties. Father, I pray that your Spirit would reveal to the parties that the spirit of Pride will only preceed a fall. I pray that you would soften hearts, and release the stronghold each is placing on the other. I pray that you would keep my sister strong and give her the words to speak so that her clients/customers may see you not her.
