Prayers for my friends sister and her sisters brother-in-law during surgery

Having Surgery Prayer
My friend's sister (Jessie, age 57) is having unexpected surgery on Monday 12/15/03. It is aortic surgery on two heart valves. She previously had bypass surgery and is a firm believer in the power of prayer. Please pray for her to have an angel guiding her through this serious surgery. Also this lady's brother-in-law (Marvin, age 50-60) is having heart surgery in another part of the USA on the same day. Please pray he have an Angel with him too. I know my friend is strong in her belief that God will do what he finds necessary for both these people and yet she is scared right now. Please pray that she have the strength to get through this no matter what the outcome may be. Thank you and God Bless you all.

Dear God, thank You that we can come to You in prayer for Jessie and Marvin, who are both having heart surgery Monday. I pray that You will guide each surgeon as the operations are performed. May Jessie and Marvin know Your presence in a very real and near way and trust in Your Son for soul salvation. Give them peace and hope. I pray the surgeries will be successful and their recuperations go well. Be with the ones who care for them and supportive family and friends. May You be glorified in their lives through their faith and witness of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
