As I Go to Sleep, Father....

Father, as I go to sleep, touch me. I want to feel the presence of Your Son, Jesus. I want to fall asleep in His arms. I want to feel Your Holy Spirit flowing through me as I pray in tongues. As I lift up needs off anointed.net or in my personal life or just rest quietly, I want to feel You there, moving, God. Oh, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, may I feel Your sweet peace. Speak to me, tell me those things You want me to hear. Shut the mouths of every devil, and let my thoughts be on good things. Put angels around my bed and the blood over me. Keep me through the prayers of the saints. Oh, Lord, let my dreams be of You and Your glory. Or give me visions in the night. I want to feel and experience You this night and every night. I want to know that even my going to bed and sleeping hours are used by You, for Your glory. May I see visions of things to pray for or have dreams of things to pray in. Whatever You want to minister to me tonight, let that happen. I pray Your will be done, not mine. Not what I want, Lord; only what You want. I humble myself under the mighty hand of God. I line up my will with Your will. If it must be reproof or warning or evill that I see or hear, because that is what You want to communicate make me open to it. Tell me those things about myself that I need to know; answer those questions I have about others and myself. Please, Jesus, let me trust in You totatlly, this night, and not be afraid or worried for my future. Let me lay down in Your loving arms and feel You with me all this night. I must go now, and I bow to Your will. I ask, Father, that glory would touch me, in Jesus Name. Amen.

Yes, do be with JeriRose tonight and always. Guard her heart and guide her prayers and thoughts. She is a powerful prayer warrior and I'm so thankful for her. Let her feel the prayers of people like myself who are grateful for her faithfulness in lifting up our needs. Father just instill in her more of Yourself. Yes, do cover her with Your blood. Lord, You are mighty and we praise You. Thank You for all you do for us. Thank You for each other. Thank You for You!
