Please pray for Rick. He is one of those lost souls that thinks he has been saved but he is relying on works instead of faith alone. Please pray that the Lord would pierce through the lies of the devil. Please pray that the crooked places be made straight in Rick's understanding of scripture. He has been taught to interpret incorrectly and to twist the truth. He is caught up in a man's doctrine, a false doctrine. It has so enslaved him. Pray that the Lord would do a mighty work in Rick and bring forth true salvation. In Jesus name, snuff out that false light in Rick's heart and let Your true light shine down upon him. Bring down the walls of false doctrine. Lord, please transform Rick's heart and mind by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Rain down spiritual healing upon him. Show yourself to him in a new way and clear his mind. Remove any obstacles from his path to true salvation. Bind any demons that want to keep him in darkness. Remove from his life any influence that is not in accord with You. I know that he loves his parents and your word says we are to honor our mother and father, but I pray that you would loosen Rick from the religion they have taught him to believe. Loose Rick from being afraid to let go of their way. Reassure him and confirm Your truth in his heart. Use whatever means it takes. Send forth your messengers into his life. Bring forth true Christians that will surround him. Lord, please let these prayers rain down on him. Protect these prayers and I ask that they would bring forth the changes in Rick's heart and understanding that You are wanting.
