Husband to accept God

Pleae Pray that my husband will acept God into his life and that God will help him with his drinking priblem. He is only 28 years old and need to let the Lord into his life. Please pray for him.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you that You love Kathy's loved one even more than they do. Thank You that You have provided salvation not only for them, but for their loved one , even while they were yet sinners. Lord I pray by the power of the Holy Spirit that You would draw their loved one to You and that You would save them from their sin giving them eternal life. Thank You Lord that salvation belongs to You and that because her husband,their loved one is a sinner, he qualifies for the salvation You provide.
Lord You said that You came to save sinners and to seek and to save that which was lost. Lord remember their loved one. Do a work in their life leading them to the realization that they are hopeless and undone without You. Help them to understand their need to repent and receive forgiveness of sins. I pray that You would send someone their way to be a help and blessing to them, sharing the gospel message afresh and anew. Lord if it would be Kathy, give the words and guidance she needs as she submits to Your will. Protect their loved one from any false teachers & doctrines that would hinder their walk and work You are doing in their life. This would include the false belief that they have to be "good" to earn their way to Heaven. I pray that it will be soon that Kathy's loved one will call upon the name of the Lord to be saved. Thank You above all Lord that it is not Your will that their loved one should perish but that Kathy's husband would come to repentance. Thank You for making it as simple as receiving the "free gift."
Let him see that alcohol is not the answer to fill that empty spot, for it can only be filled with You dear God. Show him that YOU are the answer he is seeking, not anything on earth.
I pray and claim your promises as I stand in the gap on behalf of Kathy's loved one believing You Father that they too in time will come to be set free by the blood of your Son Jesus. Let my prayers for them, prayed in the Spirit be effective, & start changing their circumstances NOW! In the Holy & precious Name above ALL names I pray & ask this, the Name of Christ Jesus~ Amen & amen~

I ask now and with the other believers on this net that you will touch the heart of KathyM's husband. Open his heart, Lord, to the salvation of Jesus and to your healing. Lord, I just pray that you will take control of his life, their marriage, and his drinking problem. Whatever problems or roadblocks exist, Lord, please help them to overcome them.

Lord, I pray for KathyM that you will strengthen her in her walk with you so that her husband will see Jesus through her! Lord, as we celebrate the birth of Jesus, I pray that there will be a "rebirth" in KathyM's husband as he comes to know you!!

I ask all of these things in the holy name of Jesus. Amen.

Father God, please help this wife who longs to have her husband be given salvation through your son Jesus. Lord, it is hard and difficult to change anyone, but through your grace nothing is impossible for you, this is why I am praying that you will help this husband to see that there is nothing to be gained by consuming alcohol. Father God, bless this family and restore all in turning to you Lord. In Jesus name I pray.
