Shawn Please Help Me!!

Hi Shawn,

I have sent PM's to you but haven't received any reply, I have not been able to receive any PM's for ages now! I keep getting emails telling me someone has tried to send me a PM and my inbox is full! IT IS IN FACT EMPTY!!

What's happened? PLEASE CAN YOU HELP?

You had to many messages in your sent or saved box.

you are only allowed 50 messages in everything.

It save us hard drive space.

Someone else had suggested to me that might be the problem, but I looked at the thing up the top that says inbox 0/75 outbox 0/75 saved 0/75 and thought it was ALL empty, I don't really understand the tech. side of it!

Tho, I don't recall saving ANY pm's I usually delete them after I have the 5 that seems to be able to show on my screen, it always seemed that once there were 5 I got that message about my inbox being full! So I always deleted them! Then, I started getting the message even when there were NONE!

How do I go to the place where you found those ones that you had to delete for me????

I'm sorry for being such a nuisance, as I said, I don't understand the tech. side of things! And I still don't know how to get rid of them properly, apart from just deleting them, and I want to avoid this happening again! I have NO NEED TO SAVE ANY! I just want the inbox to be free if anyone wants to send me a PM!
