My husband told me on New Year's eve he's ready to walk out. Happy New Year to me. He said he told our pastor last week and he asked him if he would go to counseling with me. He agreed. He says he still loves me, but their is another woman he's become at least emotionally involved with who is talking of divorcing her husband (who is a staff member at our church). Satan would love for this to happen.
Please pray their feelings for each other would sour. Their commitment to their spouses would become strong. God would bind their hearts to Christ's heart, their will's to the will of God, and bind their mind's to the mind of Christ, that the very thoughts, feelings, and purposes of His heart would be within their thoughts. That God would loosen the sin that has them bound and smash it to the ground. That God would loose every old, wrong, ungodly pattern of thinking, attitude, idea, desire, belief, motivation, habit and behavior from them. God would destroy any stronghold in their lives that has been justifying and protecting hard feelings toward their spouses. And Crush the strongholds of unforgiveness, fear, and distrust from them. God would call forth every precious word of Scripture that has ever entered into their mind and heart and it would rise up in power within them.
We go to a counselor on Monday, please pray for us everytime God bring's us to mind.
Matt. 16:19 "I will give you the keys to the kingdom; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."
Thank you so much in advance for your prayers.

Thank you Tom for your prayers. I'm sorry to here that about your marriage. Fortunately for my husband I'm willing to do anything and everything asked of me. I might even hop on one foot and bark like a dog. (Hope it doesn't come to that) LOL! I have seen the pain caused by divorce and I want so badly to spare my children and our church from that. Unfortunately it's not up to me completely.
