Who may ascend the hill of the LORD? Or who may stand in HIS holy place? [Those] who [have] clean hands and a pure heart. Psalm 24:3
LORD, I come before YOU at this time. Before the Throne of Mercy & Grace. I plead the Blood of the LAMB. Cleanse my hands, purify my heart. May I, at this moment, stand before YOU as if ... as if I have never sinned. Pure of heart and of deed. May the enemy find nothing in me to accuse me of, before YOU. If there is, I repent. May the enemy's accusations against me be as far from YOUR Throne as is my sin; sin covered by the Blood, forgiven & forgotten.
I love the LORD, because HE hears my voice and my supplications. Because HE has inclined HIS ear to me, therefore I shall call upon HIM as long as I live. Psalm 116:1-2 Hear my prayer, O LORD, give ear to my supplications! In YOUR faithfulness answer me and in YOUR righteousness. Psalm 143:1
LORD, I thank YOU. YOU have heard & answered this prayer even before it is imagined or given voice. You know the plans YOU have for Paul, that they are for good and not evil. YOU Love him. I desire, as YOU do, nothing but YOUR best for him.
LORD, I pray for Paul. He's gotten his eyes off YOU and on man. He's turned his ears from listening to YOU to listening to the murmurrings & grumblings of man. He's lost hope. He's lost faith. He's lost joy. He's lost his first love. He doesn't care & he's given up.
LORD, say it shall not be. Do not allow the enemy to steal this man away from his service to YOU. I pray for an open floodgate in Heaven. Pouring out continuously into Paul's spirit. He's run down & defeated. He needs refreshing, refilling, reviving. He's going down for the third count. LORD, I lend my voice. I make it known here and now! I stand with Paul. I stand for what is right, what is pure, what is true. I stand shoulder to shoulder with Paul. If he has fallen so far as to be unable to rise or to stand, then I stand guard over him. I raise my sword in defiance of the enemy & his attacks on my Brother & my friend, Paul. I stand, ready to take the blows, the slings & the arrows directed at him. He needs a season, time for his spirit to be revived. Time to recover from the blow the enemy has dealt him. LORD, I know YOU are able to do this, to revive Paul's spirit instantaneously. Regardless, I stand for Paul here & now. The enemy has taken to many of your servants. I say NO MORE! SET HIM LOOSE! FREEDOM FOR THE CAPTIVE! LORD, I pray a covering over, around & throughout Paul. I plead the blood over him & his life. I pray, turn him from this path that he has fallen upon. Lead him back to YOU. Envelope him in YOUR arms, cover him with YOUR hands. Repair the tear in the fabric of his soul. Fill that void in his heart. Return his spirit to it's rightful place of fellowship with YOU. YOU desire his presence, his company. I pray that he, once again, desires YOU and YOUR presence. Paul, never never nevernevernevernevernevernever, never run from the Throne, always always alwaysalwaysalwaysalwaysalwaysalwaysalways, always run to or towards the Throne. Just as it was with the prodigal son, all he had to do was set his face towards home and his FATHER came running to him.
