There is a secret message here.


I have preached it for years
but as far as I know few can see it
The story of Noah is simple

     It sure is a secret.  The o­nly thing I thought is the ark of  Noah, showed God's mercy (not wanting to destroy all of mankind.
The ark of God, and the mercy seat of God which points to
Jesus, salvation and mercy for all. ?????

Pitch it within speaks of household salvation.  Pitch was a covering (the blood).  o­ne of the meanings under this pitch was "propitiation."  Withhin included the meaning of  "your household."

Pitch it without means go into the highways and byways.  o­ne of the meanings of pitch was "the price of life (ransom)."  Without included--highways, streets, fields (the fiels are ripe unto harvest).

One of the meanings of rooms was "nest," and that made me think of Psalm 91--He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty....He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge....in other words, we are safe in the protection of Jesus arms, and that blood is our protection and bought our protection.  The blood is a covering over the secret place/prayer closet.

Is this anything akin to the message you saw in this passage of scripture?

I would love to find someone who could paint a NOAH'S ARK WITH JESUS o­n THE CROSS o­n THE OUT SIDE.  kind of like this but much better.



THAT WOULD SHOW THE RANSOME THAT WAS PAID.

As you said the covering o­n the out side of the ark is Kopher.
That word is the word used for Ransom.
Jesus covered the outside of the ark miraculously so the ship would not sink
Is your ship being held together by Jesus

The ship needs people walking by laughing at the ark. Is not that what people are doing to Jesus today. Are we laughing at the very thing that will save us

Some people have no idea what they are passing by

Yes I was
When Noah and his family was in the ark, he was wrapped in the covering and protection of the Lord. It did not matter how much rain fell, they were proctected. And, as we travel through this life today, our Lord through his Holy Ghost, becomes our ark that lifts us above the cares of this world. We still have to go through it, we can still feel the storm against our face, but we have a blessed hope that we will still be standing at the end.
That was my thoughts about the blessings of the secret room of the ark.
