Prayer for Breakthroughs....no matter what the situation

I read Isaiah 61 a couple days ago and I keep finding myself going back to it. I hope that it gives all the strength and hope that GOD IS WORKING in ALL OUR SITUATIONS!!
The Lord God has put His Spirit in me, because the Lord has appointed me to tell the good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort those whose hearts are broken, to tell the captives they are free, and to tell the prisoners they are released. He has sent me to announce the time when the Lord will show His kindness and the time when our God will punish evil people. He has sent me to comfort all those who are sad and to help the sorrowing people of Jerusalem. I will give them a crown to replace their ashes, and the oil of gladness to replace their sorrow, and clothes of praise to replace their spirit of sadness. Then they will be called TREES OF GOODNESS, trees planted by the Lord to show His greatness. They will rebuild the old ruins and restore the places destroyed long ago. They will repair the ruined cities that were destroyed long ago. My people, foreigners will come to tend your sheep. People from other countries will tend your fields and vineyards. You will be called priests of the Lord; you will be named servants of our God. You will have riches from all the nations on earth, and you will take pride in them. Instead of being ashamed, my people will receive twice as much wealth. Instead of being disgraced, they will be happy because of what they receive. They will receive a DOUBLE SHARE of the land, so their happiness will continue forever. I, the Lord, love justice. I hate stealing and everything that is wrong. I will be fair and give my people what THEY SHOULD HAVE, and I will make an agreement with them that will CONTINUE FOREVER. Everyone in all nations will KNOW the children of my people, and their children will be known among the nations. Anyone who see them will know that they are people the LORD HAS BLESSED." Isaiah 61:1-9.
Precious Father, Holy Savior, Sweet Sweet Jesus, Pour your blessings upon Your people, Lord. Hear our cries for restoration, whether that be Spiritual, physical, emotional, financial, and in ALL relationships Dear Father. You see the requests, You hear each and every one. It causes You just as much pain to see Your children hurting, for You even saw it before it happened. But just as you saw each circumstance, You also see the finished product. You yearn for us to commune with You, Lord. Call us all to a closer walk with You. I praise you Lord, I love you, Father. Thank you....Thank You....WHOOOOOOOOO!!!! HOOOOO!! Wipe the tears from our eyes, pour out your healing power onto each situation. I plead the Precious Blood over every request on annointed.net. I lift up the prayer vigil for annointed.net to You Lord Jesus. Use us as YOU WILL.
The stockyards are overflowing says the Lord. My blessings will overflow, pouring out unto all nations and unto all My people. Turn Your face to Me, seek Me, call out to Me, for I AM HERE in Your midst, and I DO HEAR YOUR PETITIONS TO ME! The storm clouds that you see pouring out sadness and despair are making You strong for when the days of ABUNDANT SUNSHINE will fill your days. For if you can't worship me, praise me, bless me in times of despair, who will you worship when My blessings are poured out unto your heads. Lean on Me, Trust Me, BELIEVE THAT I WILL PROVIDE ALL YOUR NEEDS MORE THAN YOU COULD EVER EVEN IMAGINE! I want ALL OF YOU. Don't give me part, don't give me Your arm and a leg, or a finger and an eye. I WANT ALL OF YOU says the Lord. I want every single inch. For if you only praise me with a finger and an eye, then what will the rest of your body praise when I BLESS ALL OF YOU. Do you want just blessings on Your finger and eye? NO, YOU WANT BLESSINGS TO POURED OUT FROM YOUR HEAD TO YOUR TOES, FOR THAT IS WHAT I DESIRE OF MY CHILDREN AS WELL. What Satan has stolen from you will be returned SEVENFOLD. What I have promised to You will be given in a DOUBLE PORTION. Be prepared, get ready for My outpouring......What seems to look like it is destroyed WILL BE REBUILT. What situation looks like it is dead, NEW LIFE WILL BE BREATHED INTO IT. A crown will be given to you to replace your ashes, annoint yourself in the oil of gladness, and clothe yourselves with the garment of praise. STAND FIRM, like a tall sturdy oak. An annointing like one that you have never seen is coming, be prepared for My outpouring of my Spirit and my blessings upon your lives. Miralces, breakthroughs, reconcilation, a finacial outpouring, physical healing, ALL NEEDS WILL BE MET, says the Lord according to My perfect will. I DO WHAT I SAY I AM GOING TO DO, says the Lord God. I KEEP MY PROMISES, and EXCEED ALL THAT YOU CAN EVEN IMAGINE. I KEEP MY PROMISES......

and these words are exactly what I needed to read today.

Thank You Lord for using your child Shalu to bring us these words of hope and joy. Thank You for not forgetting us, for always being faithful and true and for ALWAYS loving us regardless of what we have done. Fill our hearts to overflowing with love for You so that we may give back even a portion of the love that You shower on us every day of our lives.
