Lord, help her focus on You, so these problems will seem as nothing. May she look to You as her supply. I pray that she will know that You are going to meet these needs. I am not sure what a PHC is but I pray that You take care of everything here that You may be glorified. If there are consequences You are allowing so she can learn not to do this again, I pray You make that clear to her and let her know that You will comfort her all through everything that You allow. Lord Jesus, You know I don't know this situation, but I know You do, so I put it in Your hands. My prayer is that she may know peace, and that You may be glorified.
I have no idea everything leading up to her husbands choice to leave, but I pray that You will heal and make him whole. Make him a man with staying power. Make him strong enough to deal with the tough times. Don't let him be a man who bails out when the going gets tough. Let him have TRUE love for his wife, that causes him to stay. Stop him in his tracks and get ahold of him. Oh, Lord, please heal and restore this marriage and these individuals hearts.
Praise You, Jesus!!! Bless You, Lord!!! I worship You!!! I thankyou for You are able to work in this situation and bring beauty from ashes. Oh, Lord, thankyou, thankyou, thankyou!!! Praise You!!! Amen!!!

You mentioned mental illness. Here is a prayer God helped me format from scriptures to pray for mental healing:
Lord, I claim a sound mind.
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7)
Because of the covenant You have made with us--
But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. (Jeremiah 31:33)
For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. (Hebrews 8:10)
This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the LORD: I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them, (Hebrews 10:16)
--I have right thoughts,
The thoughts of the righteous are right, But the counsels of the wicked are deceitful. (Proverbs 12:5)
26The thoughts of the wicked are an abomination to the LORD,
But the words of the pure are pleasant. (Proverbs 15:26)
as I apply the Word to my mind
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (Romans 12:2)
and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, (Ephesians 4:23)
and set my mind on things above.
Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. (Colossians 3:2)
For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. (Romans 8:5)
I will not lose the battle in my mind!
I thank God--through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin. (Romans 7:25)
4For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 6and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled. (2 Corinthians 10:4-6)
For no longer do I live as the world.
among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others. (Ephesians 2:3)
18For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: 19whose end is destruction, whose god is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame--who set their mind on earthly things. 20For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, (Philippians 3:18-20)
because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. (Romans 1`:21)
I refuse a carnal mind!
For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. (Romans 8:6)
Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. (Romans 8:7)
I refuse a proud mind!
For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith. (Romans 12:3)
Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion. (Romans 12:16)
Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. (Philippians 2:3)
If demons are tormenting my mind, You are my deliverer:
Then they came to Jesus, and saw the one who had been demon-possessed and had the legion, sitting and clothed and in his right mind. And they were afraid. (Mark 5:15)
Then they went out to see what had happened, and came to Jesus, and found the man from whom the demons had departed, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed and in his right mind. And they were afraid. (Luke 8:35)
My mind is protected by the helmet of salvation!
14Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, (Ephesians 6:14-17)
When I am angry, I can control my thoughts:
4Be angry, and do not sin.
Meditate within your heart on your bed, and be still.Selah (Psalm 4:4)
When I can’t sleep at night, I will turn my thoughts to You:
When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches. (Psalm 63:6)
My eyes are awake through the night watches, That I may meditate on Your word. (Psalm 119:148)
When I think of the past, I will not be negative:
I remember the days of old; I meditate on all Your works; I muse on the work of Your hands. (Psalm 143:5)
When I am anxious, I can change my thoughts:
You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. (Isaiah 26:3)
"And do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind. (Luke 12:29)
6Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6 & 7)
All the time, I will meditate on Your Word and works:
This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. (Joshua 1:8)
1 Blessed is the man
Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,
Nor stands in the path of sinners,
Nor sits in the seat of the scornful;
2But his delight is in the law of the LORD,
And in His law he meditates day and night.
3He shall be like a tree
Planted by the rivers of water,
That brings forth its fruit in its season,
Whose leaf also shall not wither;
And whatever he does shall prosper.
(Psalm 1:1-3)
I will also meditate on all Your work, And talk of Your deeds. (Psalm 77:12)
I will meditate on Your precepts, And contemplate Your ways. (Psalm 119:15)
Make me understand the way of Your precepts; So shall I meditate on Your wonderful works. (Psalm 119:27)
Let the proud be ashamed, For they treated me wrongfully with falsehood; But I will meditate on Your precepts. (Psalm 119:78)
I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, And on Your wondrous works.[145:5 Literally [on the words of Your wondrous works] ] (Psalm 145:5)
8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy--meditate on these things. (Philippians 4:8)
Your mind is on us—
How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them!(Psalm 139:17)
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11)
Many, O LORD my God, are Your wonderful works Which You have done; And Your thoughts toward us Cannot be recounted to You in order; If I would declare and speak of them, They are more than can be numbered. (Psalm 40:5)
and I claim Your thoughts shall be my portion!
The LORD of hosts has sworn, saying, "Surely, as I have thought, so it shall come to pass, And as I have purposed, so it shall stand: (Isaiah 14:24)
I give my mind to You, Lord.
Jesus said to him, ""You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. (Matthew 22:37)
And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. (Mark 12:30)
So he answered and said, ""You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind,” and "your neighbor as yourself." (Luke 10:27)
I can claim every word of this prayer because
19"God is not a man, that He should lie,
Nor a son of man, that He should repent.
Has He said, and will He not do?
Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
(Numbers 23:19)
So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. (Isaiah 55:11)
and all I have prayed here is God’s Word!
My mind is sound!
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7)
