My grandmother's salvation

I would really appreciate prayers for my grandmother's salvation. She is 75 years of age and is a Buddhist. She fears the future, and facing death. Please pray for her salvation. Please pray for joy and peace when her thoughts turn to Christ.
Forgive my sins, O Lord. Help me find a way out of my current situation. I pray to You, from the bottom of my heart. I would not be able to live a day knowing she was not saved at death. I carry a burden of guilt right now, O lord...and you know why...I know I cannot stand in Your presence in my current situation, but please remember her. Please turn Your eyes to her. Please have mercy on her precious soul and save her, O Lord. I pray, that by some divine intervention, You will reveal Yourself to her. What humans hands cannot reach, Yours can, O Lord. I pray my sins do not touch her O Lord. I pray your angels guard over her every day and night. I pray the devil CANNOT seize her away from You. O Lord, she is Your lost daughter . You hold the number of days of her life in Your precious hands. Please save her before it is too late. I beg You to remember Your love for her. O Lord, I beg for mercy and grace.

My Precious Lord and Savior, I hold both of these people up to You right now. May Your hand be upon this grandmother, who does not see You for who You are. May You reveal Yourself to her in these last days so that she will turn her heart to You and find the peace that is in knowing that You are there waiting with open arms when she enters the gates of Heaven. And Lord, please open Prem's heart up to the healing that YOu have for this wounded heart. Let Prem know the truth, that in You ALL SINS ARE FORGIVEN> You are always there for us God and will never turn Your back on us. Let Prem know that You will forgive whatever has been done, just by asking and that You will give the strength to fight the temptations that come everyday. Shine Your Light on Prem so that the blessings of Peace and Joy and Love and Forgiveness will be in Prem's heart this very day. IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS I PRAY Amen
