We are in the process of buying a home. We started this January 10th. It is now over 6 months and $8000.00 later that we learn that we may have to start over with our loan. We are running out of money and time to find a place to live. I am so afraid that this is not going to go through in time and we may be with no place to move. Please pray for me and my family to close this deal soon so we can get our lives strait. Thank you for your support and prayers. God bless you all!

Do not panic, do not fear. If God has led you this far, He will not just let you fall. Continue to seek Him first in all things and let Him lead you're way. He will release and bless you when you do.
Philippians 4:6; Romans 8:15

I am adding you to my daily prayer list of those with financial/housing needs. I pray God will answer quickly. He seems to like the Red Sea experience, waiting for the last possible moment to come through, so He gets all the glory. So hang in there and remember God is always faithful. If He closes a door, He really does open a window.
Lord God, I pray that You intervene to show Yourself mighty. Give mysticangel and family hope and peace throughout the process, however long it takes. Remind me to lift them and all the others with financial needs to You faithfully. I pray we all have our needs supplied in the way that most brings You the glory and fulfills Your purpose in the earth. May it be done in Jesus name, amen. JeriRose

Mysticangel, I was in the same place as you are nearly ten years ago.
We had $8000.00 to loose in a house loan that would not close until the seller finalized repairs and work agreed upon in our earnest money agreement. Many hours had been invested as well as finances in improvements to what would be our first home. This deal took 10 months to finally close. In the time between my down-payment on the house to closing I lost my job of 8 years. I was layed-off for seven weeks. My wife in faith asked God for a better paying job than I had before. I was worried, stressed out thinking that the job loss would certainly shut down the loan process and we would loose everything. I have a praying wife, praise God! We did finally close on the house but still had 3 weeks until I would get a job to make my first mortgage payment. The bank would ask for statements on our accounts to see deposits and expenses on a monthly basis. I asked the company that layed me off to call it a leave of absence if the bank ever had asked about my job, in exchange I did not draw unemployment. I had neighbors that would bring me bags of groceries to feed my family. They would hire me to work on painting thier house to make some money for our needs. God did provide me with a job above and beyond anything that I could ask or think. So "What mean ye by these stones?" Every time that God has answered prayer is another stone of rememberance in my life. I need to often look back at the great faithfulness of the Lord in regard to the needs of my family. When you have seen God move in your life be it a healing, deliverance, protection, salvation, friendship, whatever it might be God has been faithful. That my friend is another stone of rememberance. Take the time to write down these stones of remembrance and thank God for what He has done, is doing, and will do in your life...This time will pass and you will get through it. God is faithful! Praise the LORD!
Josh 4:1-7
1 And it came to pass, when all the people were clean passed over Jordan, that the LORD spake unto Joshua, saying,
2 Take you twelve men out of the people, out of every tribe a man,
3 And command ye them, saying, Take you hence out of the midst of Jordan, out of the place where the priests' feet stood firm, twelve stones, and ye shall carry them over with you, and leave them in the lodging place, where ye shall lodge this night.
4 Then Joshua called the twelve men, whom he had prepared of the children of Israel, out of every tribe a man:
5 And Joshua said unto them, Pass over before the ark of the LORD your God into the midst of Jordan, and take ye up every man of you a stone upon his shoulder, according unto the number of the tribes of the children of Israel:
6 That this may be a sign among you, that when your children ask their fathers in time to come, saying, What mean ye by these stones?
7 Then ye shall answer them, That the waters of Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of the LORD; when it passed over Jordan, the waters of Jordan were cut off: and these stones shall be for a memorial unto the children of Israel for ever.
(KJV)
Phil 4:6-9
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, let your mind dwell on these things.
9 The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things; and the God of peace shall be with you.
(NAS)
Ps 37:25-26
25 I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.
26 He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed.
(KJV)
Mark 11:22-25
22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
(KJV)
James 1:2-8
2 Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials,
3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance.
4 And let endurance have {its} perfect result, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all men generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
6 But let him ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.
7 For let not that man expect that he will receive anything from the Lord,
8 {being} a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.
(NAS)
Neh 8:10
10 Then he said to them, "Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is holy to our LORD. Do not sorrow, for the joy of the LORD is your strength."

I think my friend Bobby has a good outlook on life and trials...
Bobby McFerrin - Don't worry, be happy
Here's a little song I wrote
You might want to sing it note for note
Don't worry, be happy.
In every life we have some trouble
But when you worry you make it double
Don't worry, be happy.
Don't worry, be happy now.
Chorus:
Don't worry, be happy. Don't worry, be happy.
Don't worry, be happy. Don't worry, be happy.
Ain't got no place to lay your head
Somebody came and took your bed
Don't worry, be happy.
The landlord say your rent is late
He may have to litigate
Don't worry, be happy.
Chorus:
(Look at me -- I'm happy. Don't worry, be happy.
Here I give you my phone number. When you worry, call me,
I make you happy. Don't worry, be happy.)
Ain't got no cash, ain't got no style
Ain't got no gal to make you smile
Don't worry, be happy.
'Cause when you worry your face will frown
And that will bring everybody down
Don't worry, be happy.
Chorus:
(Don't worry, don't worry, don't do it.
Be happy. Put a smile on your face.
Don't bring everybody down.
Don't worry. It will soon pass, whatever it is.
Don't worry, be happy.
I'm not worried, I'm happy...)
