Quinn is my 4 year old daughter who is a wonderful, creative, brilliant and fun little girl. At 13 months old Quinn was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. She has been in good health but she has a long road ahead of her.
Last August she had a routine throat culture and it showed that she had a very very nasty bacteria growing in her throat. Since then we have had her on two rounds of IV antibiotics and months or oral and inhaled antibiotics.
This bacteria can really cut her life short if we cannot get it out of her system. Her last culture showed negative but it was too close to the IV antibiotic treatment to be accurate.
Lately there have been many breakthroughs in the fight against CF, but if she harbors this bacteria, it renders most of them ineffective.
Please join me in prayer to help Quinn beat the bacteria and continue the struggle against CF. We know (and she knows) that living with CF is going to be a battle, let's just pray that she gets a chance to fight. Thank you all, our combined paryers will truly help. God bless all!

Dad this is a good fight of faith that you are in....
1 Tim 6:11-12
11But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold{1949 epilambanomai-} on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.
(KJV)
1949 epilambanomai[greek]-{lay hold}
to take in addition, to lay hold of, to take possession of, to overtake, to attain, to attain to
a) to lay hold of or to seize upon anything with the hands, to take hold of, to lay hold of
b) metaphorically, to rescue one from peril, to help, to succor
He forgives our sin and heals our diseases...
Ps 103:1-5
1 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
(KJV)
Isa 53:4-5
4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
(KJV)
The PDR (Physcians Desk Reference) is not the final authority here. The doctors who we give respect to give a diagnosis. They have told you that she will battle this for all her life and most will die from it. Who's report will you believe? I am not denying the doctors diagnosis of this sickness, I am denying it's right to be on precious Quinn's body. We are the healed standing for our right under the Blood covenant of Jesus to resist everything that Jesus spilled His Blood to free us from. Sickness is under the curse of the law. Jesus redeemed us from that curse!
Read your desk reference in the New Covenant in His Blood. Find out for your self what the word says. Spend time seeking the Great Physcian on this matter. The Word says that my people perish for a lack of knowledge. What are you doing Dad, where are you spending your time? What is formost in your heart in regards to this situation?
Gal 3:13-14
13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
(KJV)
Jesus has already broke through in the fight against CF.
I proclaim that Quinn shall live and not die and declare the works of the LORD. What is your confession?
Mark 11:22-24
22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
(KJV)
Have you taken her to one of Jerry's meetings? There have been healings of CF at these meetings.
My wife had Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and Jerry had a word of knowledge, she came forward, he layed his hands upon her, she hit the floor and stood up completely healed.
Praise the Lord! There are healing meetings somewhere near you. Attend to them and build up your faith. Attend to the word and to prayer with thanksgivings.
Are you afraid? There was a man who's daughter was sick unto death named Jairus who came to Jesus and asked Him to come so that she would be healed. A woman came moments later who had an issue of blood (sickness) for many years who then received healing. Then someone came and told Jairus do not bother the master any more for your daughter is dead. But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole. Read this below for yourself.
You may be saying, well that was Jesus. We have been told that we will do even greater works according to:
John 14:12-14
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
(KJV)
Get you expectation high for God is about to display His greatness in Quinns body! Only you do all you can to stand firm in your faith. Jesus said to many who asked to be healed may it be done to you as you have said, or according to your faith.
Luke 8:41-56
41 And, behold, there came a man named Jairus, and he was a ruler of the synagogue: and he fell down at Jesus' feet, and besought him that he would come into his house:
42 For he had one only daughter, about twelve years of age, and she lay a dying. But as he went the people thronged him.
43 And a woman having an issue of blood twelve years, which had spent all her living upon physicians, neither could be healed of any,
44 Came behind him, and touched the border of his garment: and immediately her issue of blood stanched.
45 And Jesus said, Who touched me? When all denied, Peter and they that were with him said, Master, the multitude throng thee and press thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?
46 And Jesus said, Somebody hath touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me.
47 And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling, and falling down before him, she declared unto him before all the people for what cause she had touched him, and how she was healed immediately.
48 And he said unto her, Daughter, be of good comfort: thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace.
49 While he yet spake, there cometh one from the ruler of the synagogue's house, saying to him, Thy daughter is dead; trouble not the Master.
50 But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole.
51 And when he came into the house, he suffered no man to go in, save Peter, and James, and John, and the father and the mother of the maiden.
52 And all wept, and bewailed her: but he said, Weep not; she is not dead, but sleepeth.
53 And they laughed him to scorn, knowing that she was dead.
54 And he put them all out, and took her by the hand, and called, saying, Maid, arise.
55 And her spirit came again, and she arose straightway: and he commanded to give her meat.
56 And her parents were astonished: but he charged them that they should tell no man what was done.
(KJV)
Ps 107:19-22
19 Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saveth them out of their distresses.
20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
21 Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
22 And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with rejoicing.
(KJV)

Before reading Robert's post, something came to me. I noticed how you capitalized Cystic Fibrois, just as if it is a name. And I thought of Phillipians 2:9: Therefore God has also highly exalted Him and given Him a name which is above every nme.... I believe this is the word for your situation. Jesus name is above the name of Cystic Fibrosis and it must bow before His name (v.10: that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow...and of those on earth....) This desease is on earth. I truly believe God is saying Cystic Fibrosis will bow before the name of Jesus and Quinn will be healed. Robert's post confirms my convictions. I call it done, in Jesus name.
