Are there people which cannot be saved ?

Does God create people which are only there to be bad ?
I mean without the bad the good cannot exist.
What if some people can never become believers simply because they are not meant to be ?
I think that I found quotes from the bible which back up this statement.

Look at Romans 9;22.
They are destined for destruction.

There is no person or ever will be a person that cannot be saved. We were created with a free will to make the decision.

As to your scripture reference, I'm no expert, but will look into it for you. It is way to easy to take one scripture out of reference to what the actual story is. But without doing some work on it, I have no answer to that at the moment. I do know there are a huge number of scriptures that talk about everyone having the choice to make.
