Hello everyone! I wanted to testify and share with you how God has been moving in my life the past week and a half. I have really struggled with whether or not to post because when I come to the prayer board and read all of the prayer requests, my heart just literally breaks. There are so many needs that it is overwhelming (to me, not to God!) I only want to be a vessel of honor for God and an encouragement to others as to how the Lord does care and will work for us ALL!!! My prayers are with you all, that God will touch each and every one of you and that my testimony will be just one of many to come!

I posted a while back about how the Lord had spoken to me using the story of Moses and the Red Sea. The basic jist of it was to wait, do nothing and let the Lord show me how he can perform miracles. I also received a message that the Lord was answering my prayers THAT day. Well, we know how the Lord likes to work...sometimes he tends to wait until the last minute to perform his miracles, but he always comes through. That particular night, my husband came over (at 11:50 p.m.) to spend the night for the very first time since he has left! My husband (Jerry) not only spent Monday night with us, but also Tuesday night, Thursday night and then came back over Friday evening and stayed until midnight on Sunday night! He was so loving and it was incredibly wonderful to feel like a family again. We played games with my son, went bowling as a family (I even ALMOST beat him once!), watched the superbowl together and just enjoyed each others company. It was really painful to see him leave again Sunday night, but I know I just need patience. He stopped back over on Monday for a few minutes to pick up some dress clothes for a funeral and we talked a little. He told me that in all honesty, he is ready to come back home for good, however he feels he needs a little more time. I know why, it's because he is struggling with how he will handle the reconciliation with regards to his family. He told me he knows that his family shouldn't even enter into the equation, and that he tries to remove them, but hasn't been able to completely do that yet. He really needs strength from the Lord in this area. He comes from a very large and opinionated family, of which only 2 of them are for our reconciliation. In all our years of marriage, he has always bowed down to his family, so he is really having a difficult time with it now. But the Lord gave me a message yesterday morning...
Leviticus 26:7,8...And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword. And five of you shall chase an hundred and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.

God is so good, I know it is just a matter of time. I pray for miracles for you all. KCSunshine and Megellan63, both of yours are just around the corner, also! Thank you all for your love and support and prayers. God bless each and every one of you! Love & Prayers.........Teresa

Teresa - I am so happy for you......this breathes hope in the rest of our situations.

Father I ask that you soften the hearts of Jerry's family. Father show them that this union is meant to be. That you hate divorce and that they should not be interferring. Father, thank you for bringing Jerry back hom to Teresa. All the praise, glory and honor is yours. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
