Still looking at pornography

Please I ask that I may receive some prayer on my devotional life. I have made some stupid decisions in my life but my biggest flaw is looking at porn. It is so tempting and hard to get rid of in my life. I just got back from a winter retreat for church and have decided to try it again. This time I am going to cut off every source that is available to supply me with it. That means putting a restriction on the computer and tv and steering clear of magazines. This truely is my biggest challenge yet and I am going to need lots of prayer to support me through this distraction and roadblock in life. Heavenly Father i ask that You Lord would let Trevor feel the power of Your Holy Spirit to guide him and give him strength in You ,to stop looking at pornography.Trevor draw near to God resist the devil and he will flee from you ! in Jesus name amen

Heavenly Father, I pray for Trevor, help him in this fight against these cords that bind him. Father, I pray that he would know your blessing. In your word, you say that you will not let us be tempted anymore than we can bear, keep this promise and help Trevor not to fall into a trap. Amen

he has given us the spirit of self-control we have to yield to self control instead of flesh, we have to yield to the Holy Spirit instead of flesh, we must die daily to are flesh and yield to life in the Holy Spirit
