Hi, All ! I would like feed back on the devil .... I mean, I've had 3 people hit me in my car .... every time I press in to the Lord, my EX goes completely balistic on me .... and I'm sorry, but, I blame it all on the enemy out to "devour" me. What does it say in the word, "the devil goes about seeking whom he may destroy" .. I wrote this friend of mine about new level; new devil ... and his response back to me was ... I think we give the devil too much credit .... ????? Help me out here !!

We can give the devil too much credit, but many times people don't give him enough credit either. We do live in a constant struggle in which the spiritual world is warring all around us. When I was not walking close to God things seemed to be going pretty well for me in a worldly sense, but I felt the conviction inside me to come closer to God. The very day I turned my life back to God and eagerly started seeking His will my life seemed to fall apart. I still thank God though for the work He has done in my life through all the problems. Satan takes it personally when we turn from him to God and wants to do all he can to keep us from being productive in our walk with God. Just seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit and He will let you know when it is the devil working or if it is God working of if it is just an accident.
