Postpartum hemorrhage

After my 3rd baby I hemorrhaged while still in the delivery room they gave me 2 shots in the hips and told me it was due to my uterus not contracting afterward. I was give oxytocin to induce my labor and had the baby with-in 55 mins from 1st contraction to last. My contractions were not normal during the labor they were staying peaked and not giving my utrus enough or any at all time to relax. Is it common to have the same problem again and could it have been from a very had and fast labor as well?

Please touch and heal this lady in whatever area she may have problems.
Help her children to be healthy and be raised in a Christian Home.
