My son Jonathon is in desperate need of prayer to pass the 7th grade. He is failing, and can not fail, as he was already held back in the 4th. There are no learning disabilities as he was tested. Please pray the Lord will give him the knowledge, wisdom, mind of Christ, ability to study and pass tests, and he will find favor with his teachers and school officials. Please join me in listing him up, as I have prayed and prayed, and am growing weary. Thank you.

Lord i pray for Jonathan. That master you may release a spirit of wisdom, knowledge like you gave to your servant King Solomon.May he begin to experience such a breakthrough in his school work that Lord he shallnot be the last, but the First in Jesus name.
I pray that he shall be drawn to the things of God and he shall dwell in your house.May he bring glory and honour to the name of Jesus,Amen.

I pray Jonathon will be touched by someone you send into his life. Children respect opinions, praises, and even correction from other people more than their own parents, who they take for granted as broken records who just talk the talk. Help him to find his strengths and enjoy nurturing them. Help him find his path, something he can be proud of, please lead him to inspiring people, teachers, mentors, coaches, a big brother, a neighbor, or perhaps someone just like him who has changed, or someone older who has been in his shoes that he can relate to and be encouraged by. I pray he will listen to his mother and understand her concern and love and faith in him. Enable him to express his dreams no matter how far out they may be. Lead him to a youth group, a prayer group, a counselor, someone who knows Jesus and light up his life like never before with renewed interest, energy, and enthusiasm. I pray any obstabcles, people, places, or things that are hindering him, if there be any, are removed and sent to the place that God has assigned for them. And if they be only in his mind, please instill in him a strong sense of liking and respecting himself to the point that he would want to challenge himself to do better. If he has problems with depression, boredom, or attention, other kids, whatever, we pray that he will rise above in Your strength and give you the glory and someday be able to help another kid going through the same thing. I pray that God will bring him to the root of his problem, or the end of himself. I pray for just the willingness to try and build himself, bit by bit, baby steps maybe, or if it takes going backwards, place a goal he can focus on ahead of him. Bless Johnathon, only you know what he truly needs, he is obviously capable. Direct his thoughts and steps in the direction that You want him to go. I don't know this boy, but I have known a few like him, and there is often a genius inside. I pray for his Mother, that she can let go and trust You. So easy to say, yet, isn't this what you want her to do? She's done everything else but lose her mind. So Lord, she obviously is very tormented with this, what is she to do? Let go? Turn it over to you? Stay on the emotional rollercoaster? This is what I'd do, after I've tried everything. I'd "be still and know that you are God" Since the flesh is doing a major job on her right now, I pray for her inner peace. Is it oK to scream to you "God, I need an answer and do it now, before he's left back?" And then, if he doesn't change in our human time, we must accept God's time. Perhaps you're working a miracle through this child right now, even if he does get left back. God, sometimes I must admit, since I'm only human, that it's hard to wait, and wait, and wait. Yet, "those that wait on the Lord shall be saved." Do I sound a little angry? I believe in You Lord, but trusting and waiting can make one so weary. We long for joy. I guess You know that better than all of us. Forgive me, I'm a little agitated. I know you can accomplish this. To Your glory, would you please touch this boy, so he doesn't grow up feeling like a failure? I trust you will answer this prayer. Thank you and forgive me, because I'm only human, and the flesh is a waste, so I pray this boy is touched with the Spirit. Amen
