Jerry, I really would like you to explain: Can you live together, "live in sin" and go to heaven? Many on this site say you can or act like it's OK. What does the WORD say? as a friend of mine always asks. Further, is God going to hear their prayers when they are living with their boyfriend/girlfriend? This seems so obvious and basic, but many are misguided and deceived. We need it in the strongest terms possible, straight from the Word. I don't know how people even think there IS a gray area here. We shouldn't even NEED a lesson!

8But the cowardly, unbelieving,[5] abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." (Revelation 21:8)

9Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals,[1] nor sodomites, 10nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. 11And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God. (1 Corinthians 6:9)

19Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery,[3] fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 21envy, murders,[4] drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. (Galatians 5:19-21)

3But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints; 4neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. 5For this you know,[1] that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. 6Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. 7Therefore do not be partakers with them. (Ephesians 5:1-7)

Song of Solomon, the book about male/female love warns three times:

6His left hand is under my head,
And his right hand embraces me.
7I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem,
By the gazelles or by the does of the field,
Do not stir up nor awaken love
Until it pleases.
(Song of Solomon 2:6 & 7)

4Scarcely had I passed by them,
When I found the one I love.
I held him and would not let him go,
Until I had brought him to the house of my mother,
And into the chamber of her who conceived me.

5I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem,
By the gazelles or by the does of the field,
Do not stir up nor awaken love
Until it pleases.
(Song of Solomon 3:4 & 5)

3 His left hand is under my head,
And his right hand embraces me.
4I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem,
Do not stir up nor awaken love
Until it pleases.
(Song of Solomon 8:3 & 4)
