We all need to pray for each other...not just ourselves

I just feel like I need to say something..........many of us come here asking for prayer. This prayer site has helped my faith tremendously!! praise God! I just need to say however, that when we come and ask for prayer that we must also consider other peoples prayers. We need to praying for others, not just posting our own prayers. I have read some posts of people and then they dont come back. We need to be prayer warriors and pray for our needs as well as others. I feel that God will bless us.........we need to not just think of ourselves. We all need prayer. I know we all lead busy lives, but if your heart leads you to say a pray for someone, please take the time to post a prayer..........we all need it. Jesus loves you...............and so do I.

How true you are!

Also, the thing God has about giving and receiving, isn't only about money.

It is about a lot of things and prayer is another one.

You pray for someone else, which is giving your time, and you receive a blessing-it never fails!

God has, through Jesus, given us the ability to pray directly to Him and not have to go through some holy man.

It is our opportunity to be blessed when we are able to pray for others.

You are right on target. You go girl!

Thank you for posting that, Micki, and for how thoughtfully you expressed it!

I've noticed the Lord really moving in me, helping me grow in regards to my own situation, as I pray for others here. He shows me things, teaches me things, and being in his presence always renews and refines us. This is true for everyone and I hope that more will avail themselves of that gift, as they give the gift of lifting others up in prayer.
