Prayer for my minister

I pray dear Lord for my minister. His church is beginning to draw away. He seems to be withdrawn from his duties. I pray Lord that you will renew his heart, soul and mind to your will Lord. I pray he will hear and obey your will for him Lord. I love him Lord, and thank you so much for him and his wife. If it is his time to move on to a new church Lord, I pray you will speak to him and reveal your plan in their lives Lord. I feel the church is going to end up asking him to leave soon. I pray Lord that if it is your will for him to leave then it come from you Lord and he would choose to make the choice instead of the church. Hear my prayer Father and forgive me for my sins. Please do not let my sin hinder this prayer. In Christ name I pray, Amen
