Please pray for my peace of mind and that I find calmness in my heart ans soul. I feel like a train wreck today and alot of other days too. I just want to be able to maintain control and not be so emotional about things I have no control over.

I am praying for you. Do you realize that you have the authority in Jesus' name to bind the spirits that come against your spirit and attack it? For instance you can bind the spirit of unrest, of lack of peace and of doubt in Jesus' name. The Bible tells us that we have authority and power over all the power of the devil. You don't have to be their play ground where they can come against you and tear up your emotions. We are told that if we bind them on earth, God will bind them in the heavens. I recommend a book call "Understanding the purpose and power of prayer" by Dr. Miles Munroe.

Father in Heaven,
Quiet this person's anxiety and soul. Let them know if asked,
you will be here for them. Let them see that reading something
like the bible PSALMS can quiet even the nastiest of demonds.
Give strength and patients when needed, and let them know
we are praying also for thier comfort.
