Question of direction

Dear Saints,

I just had this guy come into my life suddenly.
At first he openly lied to me a LOT to get money.
He is preaching the gospel to me, but I think it has a Jehovah Witness slant.
I was told two different times that by 2 different people that I shouldn't let him in the house.
I see goodness in him - regardless.
But, I am not sure if GOD wants him to hang around me ALL the time or not.
He was in prison and has been in town for 3 years homeless.
I am not sure if it is a test from GOD.
Or a interruption from the enemy
Don't get me wrong I have a heart for the homeless.
But, I want to be in the center of GOD's will, I really do.

Father protect Doug, give him wisdom, and ears to hear your will. Father, you know this individual that he speaks of. You know that this man is probably using any means he can to fit in, any manipulation to get money. Let Doug not be moved by gross manipulation but help Doug to direct this man to shelters and places of work. Help Doug to offer encouragement without jeopardizing his safety.

Beware! all signs are to stay away from trouble. Yes help the needy, witness to them, but let the Holy Spirit lead. That first enter voice that speaks to you, gives you warnings or gives you confussion. Confussion is not of the Lord. If this man needs help, then point him in the right direction, to a shelter, even see that he gets there, do what you can, but use wisdom, i believe the Lord is the one warning you. ive had this kind of thing happen to me many times. because i am a christian and the Lord has given me a spirit of compassion and giving,i just automatically think the Lord has sent this person my way, for me to help, i sometimes neglected, to listen to what He was telling me, because He warns us through people- and because i didnt listen, ive had things stolen from me, and other things brought on by these people that caused nothing but trouble. So beware! satan appears as a sheep, but on the inside, is a wolf, ready to tear you apart, when you least expect it. he roams around seeking whom he can deviour! he comes to steal, kill, and destroy, this man if he were right in his heart, he would not impose on you and expect anthing from you. He would be gracious, accept the help then leave, go to a shelter or seek help from the church. Just really pray about this, the Lord does give us common sence, and be looking over our sholders, for attacks by satan.
Father in Jesus name i ask for wisdom of what wowGod should do. Give him a sure heart to know how to handle this, because we know confussion is NOT of YOU Lord. I plea the blood of Jesus over wowGod, protect him from the enemy. Thank You Jesus. amen
