At 40, I have never been married. I feel, deep in my heart, that I really want to be married. I have had many relationships with women in the past, but all have failed. Many due to sinful activities within the relationship.
I am praying that the Lord leads me to the woman He wants me to share the rest of my life. I also pray that, while He works, that He also prepares me to be the best husband possible.
Lastly, and maybe most importantly, I pray that He provides patience, the strength to remain chaste, and that I don't manipulate any situation through efforts of my own (much like Abraham, Sarah, and Hagar).
Please pray for me.

Creflo Dollar was talking about this topic this week. He said when he prayed for a wife, the Lord ask him what did he expect in a wife - looks, characteristics, etc. He sincerely prayed that the Lord would help him with his sexual desires and the Lord directed his wife to a Bible study where they met.
Heavenly Father, I thank you for bobkidd1 who believes in prayer. I pray that you will forgive him of his sins, answer his prayer for a wife with whom he can share his life, be a good husband to, and have a healthy, joyous, and stable home. I pray that you will give him wisdom, insight, patience, and guidance in this major decision. In Jesus' name, I pray. I thank you for this day and all the many blessings we receive from you daily. Thank you Lord.
