missionary preparations

Pray for me to see God's will for my life. For the past year, God has been preparing me to go as a missionary. I think it's almost time? This involves leaving my teaching career...and finding a job, and housing in the meantime until I go...or being provided for in some other way. Dealing with personal debt. And believing Him to supply the finances I need to leave.
My family is very much against my leaving--especially since I am being called to China at the moment--and does not seem very supportive right now. Please pray for their hearts and spiritual growth. They are not very close to the Lord.
I want all the direction and wisdom--all the blessings--God has for me in this. Please pray for me and with me. I feel very much alone in this right now, but I know God never leaves us or forsakes us...so pray that I would willingly submit myself to whatever work He longs to do in me in all of this.
As of March 21, I am 25 years old. Pray for the maturity I need...and for the wisdom I need to fully rely on God. That I would be willing and obedient to His voice--whatever He might ask--and that doors would open for me in the directions I need to go. And that my eyes and heart would be open to the prompting of the Spirit. And anything else you can think to pray for me while I wait.

Heavenly Father, I thank you for Melanie who loves you and wants to do your will. I pray that you will touch her in every way; emotionally, spiritually, financially, relationally, and physically. I pray that you will give her wisdom, insight, patience, and guidance. Lord, give her your strength and peace. I petition you for her family, remove the scales from their eyes, and cause them to want to know you in a personal way. In Jesus's name, I pray. I thank you Lord for hearing and answering our prayers. We praise and worship you today because you are the great I AM, the Holy God, and a Living God.

Thankyou for this young woman and her obedience to You despite opposition from her family.
Lord i ask that You provide for her, that you open doors and lead the way into the task You have waiting for her.
Until she is able to actually leave for China she needs financial support, not only to keeop herself, but also to repay debts, Lord she is walking in the path You have set for her, so we know You will supply her with everything she needs......a roof over her head, and work, everything that she needs to enable her to fulfill her calling, You have called her and You will see to it that she lacks nothing.
I ask You to still the fears, even though they may be silent, in her family. Please come to them and open their hearts for You, lead them to the Cross of Jesus where they can lay their lives down to You. It is so hard trying to convince unbelievers, or Christians who have no personal relationship with You, of the calling You place in our hearts. Of course they don't understand...how could they? And its not our job to convince them Lord, but it would be easier for Melanie if they could support her choice. Lord draw Melanie's family to You, that they come to know and accept You totally in their lives, and give You permission to take over. As You do that, please calm their fears, help them to support Melanie in her choice to be obedient to Your call. May she leave with the love and support of her family behind her.
When she leaves, and arrives in China, protect her Lord, cover her with Your blood and guard her day and night with a band of angels. GIve her a decent place to live, Christian friends and support, and a church she can be a part of. Lord above all, i ask again, give her protection. Surround her with a wall of fire ...make all her paths straight, go before her to see that the way is safe.
Bless her in abundance Lord, use her to Your glory..... may she bring Your precious love to hundreds, thousands of lost souls in China. In Jesus name. Amen.
