I am currently employed on a two year term. Due to an administrative error, my term was cut in half. While my management has been working on extending my term another two years, my extension paperwork has hit a list of people who were previously downsized, thus barring me from obtaining my extension. Management wants to try to get this other person to take another position so they can keep me. I have proven myself to be a superior performer in my job and my bosses want to keep me. Please pray that I can keep my job.
