I need prayer for my health

I have a health problem that is not bad, it is just not going away. My doctor said that if it does not go away in another month then he wants to put me on some heavy medication. If he does that then he also has to put me on at least two types of birth control and other things. I do not want to do that. I guess just pray that it gets better or goes away by the next time that I see him.
And also I am on a really strict diet due to food allergies but I have kind of strayed from it since the beginning of summer and have eaten whatever. Now my health is starting to go downhill again and I need to get back onto my diet. I am just having a hard time doing it because there is so little that I can eat and what I can eat I am either sick of or it is hard to get.

Lord, I pray you will touch Jessica's body with your healing touch. And help her to "get back on track" with her diet.
