Closing on the purchase of daycare

Asking for prayers of strength and patience for both the seller and my self the buyer. My loan application for the building expires Apri 15, 2004.
Asking god to assist the lender in providing a closing date soon, by April 15. We have been trying to close since October. The stress levels are
extremely high. Lord bless the seller with the financial ability to continue to pay expenses til the deal is closed. Give me the strength to stay calm in highly stressful situations. Looking for a miracle? Standing in the need of prayer.

Help them to continue to have the patience they need and we pray that whatever happens, will move along now and let your will be done.
Please keep all doors open, Lord, in whatever way is best for all concerned.
