Our marriage needs a miracle

I ask for prayer for healing and restoration in my marriage. It is on the edge of a blade right now. I found tonight God's peace because I sought it, I have not done so in months. I have been too angry and hurt and and I have walked away from God and my husband. I ask for your prayers for restoration in my relationship with God, for my husband as he deals with the pain of our separation and his addiction, for God to touch my husbands heart as God has touched mine tonight, and that He will continue to humble me and bring me closer to him.

Thankyou Lord that You were waiting for Ewee to return to You so You could take her back into Your loving arms. Nothing is impossible for You father, as Ewee has discovered. Bring her closer and closer to Your heart, closer to Your warmth and security.
You have forgiven her sins, and making her new again, You have started a work in her that is so awesome, bringing her peace of mind and hope for the future.
Work deeper and deeper in Ewee's heart, so she can forgive the past, whatever it held, that she can look to the future and leave the past behind, where it belongs, in the past.
Destroy all feelings of rejection and retribution. Bring acceptance and patience, wisdom and trust.
Give her love and understanding for her husband, help her to bring him before You every day in prayer, as she herself says, humbling herself before You. Help her to be the wife You long for her to be. Equip her with everything she needs to stand in the full force of Your light, and let her radiance shine all about her. Let it spread to the heart of her husband...let him see the change in her. Realise that it comes from You. Let it touch his heart so that it amazes him to see his wife so radically changed. So full of love and forgiveness.

I ask that You do the very same with her husband Lord, that You prepare his heart for the restoration of their marriage. Speak to his heart and lead him onto the road where freedom reigns, free of addiction, free of the past. Oh Father, bring him into Your light and into Your arms and Your favour.

I present this marriage to You Father, and ask Your blessing upon it. That you will work so intensely in these two hearts, that there will be incredible love, forgiveness, honour and respect...a shared intense love for You...a growing intimate relationship with You Lord, which will be the foundation of the renewal of their marriage.

Bless Ewee and her husband dear Lord, in Jesus name. Amen.

I thank you that you have drawn Ewee closer to you, thank you for the peace that you have given to her. Father whatever circumstances have broken this marriage; we trust in you that you can right it. Push all anger from Ewee’s heart and let her feel compassion and forgiveness for her Husband.

I ask that Jesus becomes the centre of this marriage and that both Husband and wife may know and love him.

I ask that this marriage is restored to bring glory to the Father through the son.

First I want to thank everyone for thier prayers and for God giving me peace. I am still struggling a bit as tomorrow is court and I have agreed not to go so that the restraining order will be dropped against my husband. I have prayed about this and still am unsure of this decision. I am trying to settle in my heart the conflict of the possible consequences of this decision. Even with prayer I still find myself very distrustful of my husband and the situation. Please pray for my husband, that he will be compelled to finally be honest not just with me but with himself and that he may be agreeable finally to getting treatment for his serious addiction issues. I also ask for pray for peace for me, I have no support system here and I feel very alone in my fight for my marriage and for my own emotional/spiritual health.
