I feel like Im cursed..

I have recently been open to attack by the devil it seems like.. I admit that I have done a lot of stupid things which are probably all my own fault, but so much is going on I need prayer for understanding and for guidance with how to deal with it all..I recently had a minor car accident and had no insurance at the time becuase I have been in some financial difficulty..the very next day after the car accident I was rushed to the hospital with a bad infection and cyst on my ovary..I thank God for my healing and that Im back to work, but now Im really scared because the man I hit is claiming he was injured and I know this is not so.. my insurance was lapsed and his insurance is calling me and I dont know what to do.. I dont have any money, Im a single mom of 4, dont own a house or anything, Im really scared I dont know what to do! Could someone please pray for me and/or advise me of what to do? I want to write him a letter and explain my situation but Im so scared of not being able to take care of my family if he takes away my pay or something like that. Please pray for me and I thank you all for reading and I will also pray for you.

Lord I pray that you help Yoli through this difficult situation and show the right way to go about dealing with it. Also give her the strength she needs and bless her in her time of need.

Hi. First of all stop panicking. God loves you. Do not panic. Do not lose faith. Pray and ask the Holy Spirit for intervention. Say it and believe it is already done while you are saying it. Next, contact the man's insurance company. Tell them you want copies of the medical reports. Tell them that you are representing yourself as your own attorney because you are broke. I am a legal assistant. Listen to what I tell you to do. You need proof that the man was injured. You are entitled to all the records by law just as your attorney would be entitled to them. Next, if they refuse to send you copies of the medical records go to Legal Aid. There are lawyers who work for free. They will get the records for you. If there is evidence you hurt this man consult a lawyer right away. You don't own anything so therefore the worst that can happen will be a judgment against you or they may try to take the money out of your paycheck. Listen, please be calm and ask the Holy Spirit to help you and follow the steps above. Everything will be fine. You must keep the faith. I have messed up four cars in my life. Oh precious Lord, have mercy on the poor child! She needs a mighty, miraclous intervention. Please provide her a way out of trouble! Please Jesus! Come to her rescue! Send your angels to protect her! Give her wisdom and help from family and friends to help her find a resolution. I ask that this man have mercy upon her when she explains her situation to him. Send angels into her life to help her! Get her out of this Jam!

My goodness you are going through such a hard time! I have had simular problems as you. I have been in tons of accidents. I am currently trying to clean up my insurance record since as you you know, my rates are outrageously high! I am struggling financially too. I let my insurance lapse back in April. Thankfully I didn't get into an accident during the lapse, but my state requires you to carry liability insurance or they will take your tags! I was driving with no insurance for a week. I had to go into the agency office to get a new policy. I have had not at fault accidents too, but becuase I am a high risk driver, they penalized me as well! I had to pay $500 down, so I had to jack it up on my credit card! I then had to pay $400 a month for 3 months. This is why I've had to not let my mortgage go for 3 months. I'm now in trouble with that! Read my post, "Urgent need to have mortgage paid. Mortgage Collector to debit $2500 from my account." I still to this day have not been able to cover my mortgage. I am on the verge of foreclosure. To make matters worse, the DMV came after me because they found out about my lapse in insurance. I ignored it. Apparently, they never got proof that my insurance was reinstated. Now they've suspended my registration and I'm now in the process of getting my registration reinstated. So I am as we speak driving with suspended tags! So you are not alone!!! The good Lord always provides a way out. I suggest that you build up the courage to confront the man and explain your situation. Chances are you probably don't have the means to get a lawyer. I have been in trouble so many times, and the good Lord has always delivered me. I am in trouble now in more ways than one. I know exactly, what you are going through! Hang in there!

I pray that the person gets touched by God. I wish you had insurance.

Maybe his injury can be settled. If he has one, let him know you have a family that is dependent on you. That is all that he needs to know, and that you care for him. If the doctor says he is injured pay it off, if not then tell a judge or friend that you need help. You may need help right now. My dad recommended a lawyer. appointed court lawyer
