I am going to court

I am requesting a hearing in order to have child support modified (increased) due to our son attending a christian school. The hearing is August 18 at 1:30. I am requesting that my son's father pay half his tuition. I feel God wanted me to do this, because on my own, I do NOT like to deal with this man! I know he will be extremely angry, as he (and his wife) HATE having to pay me child support!

I'm asking prayer that I will be courageous. And that the judge will have him contribute to his son's schooling.

I asked him personally, if he wanted to contribute - he turned me down.
So that's why this is going to court.

I will pray for you.

Father, I pray that You will step out in Sewart's behalf on this court appointment. I am praying for peace in this situation. Sewart is being a good mother and wants her son to go to a Christian school were he will be able to learn more about you Father. I am also asking Father that you move mightily in Sewart's favor. Let her get the child support modifiyed to the amount that she is requesting. In Jesus Name. Amen.
