Is There a God?


No one can prove to you the existence of God, just as no one can prove to you that Americans walked on the moon. But you still might be able to be certain of His existence:

Are you just idly curious? Then perhaps you'll never know. But if you feel you must know to fill a void in your life, it’s easy. Go into a church, kneel down, assume that God exists and can hear you, talk to him about your life and troubles, then very sincerely ask him if he indeed exists. Wait for an answer. If you are fortunate, he will let you know. Not with actual words, but unmistakable nonetheless.

Why in a church? Why kneel down? It’s just a sign of respect. Just in case. And it shows your sincerity.

God was kind enough to indicate His existence to your editor in a much more direct way. The following is a true account, and I remember it like it was only yesterday:


"I can absolutely guarantee that there is
a heaven, and that my Grandpa is there.
Here’s why:

When I was a boy, my mother gave piano lessons to augment our small income. Our piano was an old upright that was so decrepit that it couldn’t be tuned, and had several keys that didn’t play at all. We couldn’t afford a better one.

My grandfather, whose name was Joseph Weber, came to spend the last few months of his life with us. I don’t know what he was suffering from, but he was very ill and couldn’t get up from his bed. He would hear Mother talk about how difficult it was to teach on our old piano. Just before he died, he told her that when he got to heaven, the first thing he would do would be to make sure she got a new piano. Mom told him that she had been saving for years, and that all she was able to put aside was $50.00, not nearly enough even then. “Don’t worry, Ruthie,” he said, “ I’ll make sure you get one. I’ll send it right down from heaven.”

A few days after Grandpa died, Mother got a call from someone who was moving out of our small town. It seems that they had a nice grand piano, almost new, and they had seldom used it and did not want to move it. They had heard that she was a piano teacher, and they wanted to know if she would like to purchase it for $50.00.

Only after it was all set up in our living room, and Mom sat down to play it for the first time, did she notice the brand name of the piano, written in big gold letters above the keyboard. It was a little known maker, the only one of that make that I have ever seen. Mother sat motionless, staring, before bursting into tears.

It was a Weber.
So that is how I know that my Grandpa is in heaven. And that is why I returned to God after a long absence." .

I checked this out and it is true.
I went to his web site and this is a real person and this is a real story.

I know that God exists but sometimes I find it to believe that there is a God for women and two weeks ago I voiced my frustration out loud. I was in the car with my husband coming from the hospital. I had just been told that there was a possiblity of my not getting fertility treatment for I had three cysts and two of them were big. I was really frustrated and shouted out in the car, 'Ís there a God for women????
We stopped before a traffic light and a man from a car besides us shouted at us showing us that there was something wrong with our front tire. My husband said to me 'óh I know, the tire needs pumping'. But the other driver continued pointing to our tire and when we started to move, we realised that the tire was flat out!. We had to pull to the side and change the tire. Guess what, we could loosen all the screws except one. My husband went to the petrol station and bought a new tool (you know one of those things that loosen screws) it did not work. after toiling for about 45 minutes, he decided to go to the mercedes benz dealership for help. Soon he was back with a man in a small van. The man used a special tool and within minutes, we had a good tire. My husband told me in a whisper 'Í cannot pay the man's bill for I have no money and these merceds people are very expensive!" BUT as soon as the man was finished, he shook our hands and wished us a nice day. There was no bill.

Now obviously for me, God had just replied to my anguished call. Yep, he is there for us all!

If you NEED a god to believe in,fine by me. But don't make claims of facts when you can't prove those facts.

Does god exists? I doubt it and see no reason to believe one would exist nor do I have a need for one to exist. I am a good person either way.

Telling you a story is not going to convince you.

I KNOW He hears and answers.
