My husband has been gone for 3 weeks, he is an alcoholic. He does this quite often, only this time he left us with no money to pay the bills and our house ready for foreclosure. We have 3 daughters together and I am being forced to do everything in my power to keep our home. It is hard because when he is not drinking he is a wonderful man. My prayer is for my family, for him to see the light of the drinking and come home clean with the intentions of getting us back on our feet as a family. I love him dearly, and very much want my family together, as our daughters miss him greatly. Please pray for us, for him to see the light and for our financial difficulties to take a stand down. I have applied for many jobs, but no leads. I would much rather have him home, but some kind of a lead on a job would take a load of the financial burden. I feel so helpless, and I pray every night, I just don't know whether I am coming or going.

Precious Lord, I lift this family before You. There is so much hurt there. I pray,first and foremost, that You will help this woman get a job. Lead her to the one that You have so lovingly prepared for her. Father, meet and exceed all needs in the household. May they always have shelter, food, and bills paid. I pray that most of all in Your mighty name. Lastly, Father I pray for this husband. May he get the strength and courage to stop drinking. May his eyes open to the harm that he is doing to his family by this action. May he be so convicted of his actions that he decides to repent, stop and flee from this destructive action that is harming his family. Instead may he be the Godly husband that You have ordained him to be for this household. Father, I pray believing in the absolute best for this family. Even now each situation that was rising up against them are being crushed in Your mighty name. Amen
