Prayer request for husband

My husband was arrested 6 months ago on 2 charges. He admitts to the one of the charges but the second offense he completely denies. Last court appearance the witness changed the story from saying it happened 100% sure to "now the witness doesnt know if that actually happened to only being 20% sure. He has court tomorrow at 8:30am our lawyer is asking for it to be dropped. This whole thing has been one big nightmare. I just want to get on with our life. Please pray for us. Thank yopu! Tricia
