DO u guys use the web chat on Thursdays for your prayer day?
Like, does someone stay in there all day at any given time for urgent prayers?

No, I don't think so. We usually just type our communication needs with PM's and get on the threads, "Let's pray" and "Can you pray this through with me?" Also, we do swap emails with each other.
With time differences and people's hectic lives it seems to work out this way for us. Although web chat might be a good idea!!!
