i have worked in my current position for 23 years, i need a breakthrough,please pray

I have worked in my current position for 23 years, I have send in an application to my head office to consider my work experience and my duties, and increase my salary. But so far it is negative response from my Boss.

The secretary of my Boss promised me several time that she will speak to my Boss regarding my promotion, my Boss also promised me that he will write a letter to the head of the institution to consider my application for promotion, so far nothing has been done. Mean while I have send in an application for another job out side my place of employment. Please pray for God to breakthrough all the strongholds that are blocking my blessings. Please pray that the Lord will guide me to make the right decision.

I feel I am doing more work and being used by the Boss, but not rewarding me for the work that I am doing. Others in my workplace are paid more salary than me, but they don’t work at all, they are busy doing their on things and getting paid by the institution. I feel this is not right. Please pray that the Lord will reward me, I will not sin because of this rejection that I am feeling. Please pray that the Lord will bless my work and bring glory to his name.

Dear Lord,

We pray that you will bless Mark in his finances. Please give him increase so he can tithe back more to you and the work of the church.
Let him trust in you and know that you are in control of his life.
Let him be assured that whatever happens will make him stronger as he depends more on you.
Please let him not be envious of co-workers, even though things don't seem fair right now.
Having you is far greater than any abundance this world can offer, so we thank you for being our loving and giving Father.
