My life is falling apart

First my dad got in some trouble and he is in jail...Then my Great Grandpa who is very dear to me was diagnosed with Stomach Cancer and Then I moved into a whole new environment that I truthfully do not want to live in. I am scared that my Great Grandpa is going to die and I need help trying to face the facts that he more than likely will. Death is a very hard thing to face, I know...It happens to me alot. So now what I need is comfort and help to get through this and while God supplies all of those things and I have faith that what he knows is my PaPa's fate will be right ,but 1 is never enough ...Pleez pray for my family and me...
I need all of you and God...
